If you have ulcer, this will help you:

.Don’t smoke
.Don’t take alcohol
.Avoid fizzy drinks, it can make it worse
.Manage stress properly
.Avoid caffeine
.Limit beans, peppery, & spicy foods
.Avoid drugs known as NSAIDs (eg Ibuprofen, Diclofenac, Felvin),they can worsen ulcer.
It’s also important you don’t take oranges or fresh tomatoes on an empty stomach. Make sure to ear before taking any of those and still limit the amount you take.
Apple, cabbage, carrots, cucumber, and ripe pawpaw are really good for your stomach and make you feel better especially the ripe pawpaw.
Ulcer is a wound that needs to heal and it can’t heal if you are smoking. Smoking even shisha will prevent your ulcer from healing, the same goes for alcohol or when you take fizzy drinks and peppery or overly spiced food.
Ulcer is not caused by poor dietary habits. That is a big lie u have to unlearn. Poor eating habits doesn’t cause ulcer. Same goes for stress. There is nothing like stress ulcer.

The thing is, if u already have ulcer this things can worsen ur ulcer symptoms and make u feel pain.
Now, it doesn’t mean they cause ulcer in anyway. Ulcer is majorly caused by two things:

1. Helicobacter pylori (a bacterium)
2. Long term use of NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs eg ibuprofen, diclofenac, felvin etc)

This two accounts for almost all ulcer cases.
Other minor causes of ulcer include Zollinger-Ellison syndrome which is a rare digestive disorder that results in the secretion of excessive gastric acid which in turn can cause ulcer in your stomach and intestine. Like I pointed out, it is rare, there is also another condition-
-in which people are being born with defective gastric mucosa (gastric mucosa protects the stomach walls for gastric acid), someone with this defect will develop ulcer as there is nothing protecting the stomach. But also, this is very rare.
So, from these you will see that it’s majorly the long term use of NSAIDs and/or H. pylori that causes ulcer.
Now, to treat your ulcer, what causes it is targeted. To know this a test is usually run to check for the causative, whether H.pylori is present or not.
If H. pylori is present triple regimen is used which contains antibiotics (which targets the bacterium). If the test shows H. pylori negative, there is no need to use antibiotics for the ulcer, it simply shows that your ulcer is likely caused by long term use of NSAIDs.
To handle this, a different pain management regimen is to be used for you that’s if you have a condition in which you continuously require painkillers. Then things like Omeprazole and/or antacids amongst others can be used as directed by your healthcare provider.
Now, this will not bring any result if you are still eating, drinking, taking and doing things that will only worsen the ulcer as such what you eat and drink is very important.
Things like yoghurt in particular the unsweetened yoghurt is very very good for your stomach. It contains probiotics that are “stomach-protective”, they enhance the gut microbiota thereby help in preventing digestive problems.
It’s important u know that the use of yoghurt can help in the eradication of H. pylori in humans. Milk in particular is not really good for ulcer, yes, it can offer temporary relief but in the end, milk results in the increased secretion of acid and digestive juices which-
-worsens your ulcer.

How to effectively use your drugs (Omeprazole and Antacids) :

.If you have ulcer and you are making use of Omeprazole, take it before eating.
.If you are using antacids (eg Mismag) take it before eating especially if you also experience heartburn and/or indigestion.
.If you are using Omeprazole and an antacid, take the antacid and give space of at least 3hrs before taking the omeprazole. If you are to take the omeprazole first, space it for at least 2hrs before taking the antacid.
This is because taking them together or at a time will result in drug-drug interaction.

Things that can contribute to premature ejaculation:

1. Diabetes
2. Stress
3. Anxiety
4. Depression
5. Erectile dysfunction
6. Abnormal hormone levels
7. Inflammation and infection of the prostate or urethra.
If you have infrequent premature ejaculation (PE) then it’s not a cause for concern but if you ALWAYS have premature ejaculation then it is of great concern.
If you frequently have PE then it’s important to trace the cause, to trace what is actually triggering that, if it’s psychological, like anxiety or depression, then you attend to it, see a therapist or speak with someone you can confide it, it can be of great help.
