Giuliani case / Special Master

We know a bit more today. So Special Master is not done, has at least 9 more Giuliani devices to process, but out of the first 7 devices, she gave SDNY 2,233 files she found, & Giuliani did not object. This tells us, SDNY is getting files in groups

So this is as I had assumed and told you, my assumption was that the Feds will receive files in batches, not all at the end when she is finished

This means, that to prosecute Giuliani, the Feds can proceed now to review these files, as Special Master reads through more

Secondly, we learn that the files are on some digital system, that Giuliani and his attorneys can access to read the files FBI raided, if they want to object

In the first batch of 7 devices, Giuliani only objected to 3 files. Special Master will decide on those 3 later

Bear in mind, Buttdial McRudypants had been under wiretap for over 2 years before the FBI raid, and was not aware of that. So the Feds have almost all of these 2,233 files they now received today

So Feds have ALREADY built the case against Rudy based on THESE files.

But the BIG criminal trial impact, is that Giuliani has most likely been destroying incriminating evidence he once had. If he has done so, that can be used to establish awareness of guilt. Because Rudy did not know he is wiretapped, any files he destroyed makes him more screwed

If it took the Special Master one month to process 7 devices out of 16, and she has 9 more to go, it is a safe bet she won't be done during the month of November. We should expect her to finish earliest in December or even later. BUT she is diligently working at it. Have patience
