The fastest of 5 paths to take Trump to prison for life is Weisselberg. It starts with Tax Fraud in NY state. Weisselberg is already in court and faces MORE criminal charges soon:

The second also fast path to take Trump to prison for life is Giuliani (Ukraine). Rudy's offices were raided by FBI. Rudy's arrest will happen when Special Master has finished reviewing the evidence seized by FBI

Third path to take Trump to prison for life is the crime of selling Presidential Pardons. Matt Gaetz, a teen rapist Congressman is the high profile name out of Florida gang of 7 rapist adult men. His rapist partner Joel Greenberg has flipped

Fourth path to take Trump to prison for life is January 6th insurrection, attempted coup, terrorism and what Republicans call tourism. The first of Jan 6 planners to be caught is most likely Roger Stone

Fifth path to take Trump to prison for life is foreign policy crimes for which Tom Barrack was arrested, including the extortion of Qatar on behalf of UAE and Saudi Arabia. I have not yet done Oct (now Nov) update to Tom Barrack. I will write that soon and include link here

Trump faces 5 paths to prison for life

1: Weisselberg (NY Taxes)
2: Giuliani (Ukraine extortion)
3: Matt Gaetz (selling Presidential pardons)

Let's look at November for these 5

Allen Weisselberg (Trump accountant) is in court on crime of tax fraud facing 12 years & $3 million to pay. His next court date is January. NY prosecutors 'found' more evidence in some basement (=someone has flipped). His lawyers expect MORE charges
November Update to 5 Paths/3

The next big development in Weisselberg 1 (NY tax fraud) is the next indictments. A Grand Jury has been sitting since May & is scheduled to end now in Nov. They will indict next Don Jr, Eric & Ivanka. Their tax fraud indictments are DUE this November

Giuliani case / Special Master

We know a bit more today. So Special Master is not done, has at least 9 more Giuliani devices to process, but out of the first 7 devices, she gave SDNY 2,233 files she found, & Giuliani did not object. This tells us, SDNY is getting files in groups
So this is as I had assumed and told you, my assumption was that the Feds will receive files in batches, not all at the end when she is finished

This means, that to prosecute Giuliani, the Feds can proceed now to review these files, as Special Master reads through more
Secondly, we learn that the files are on some digital system, that Giuliani and his attorneys can access to read the files FBI raided, if they want to object

In the first batch of 7 devices, Giuliani only objected to 3 files. Special Master will decide on those 3 later

Some people have same question as Oma. What is 'Special Master'

When FBI raided attorney Rudy Giuliani's office, the court ordered a 'Special Master' (retired judge) to review all seized materials, to prevent disclosure to FBI of materials protected by client-attorney privilege
This Special Master (woman named Barbara Jones) is same who did this same work in case when FBI raided Trump attorney Michael Cohen's office in 2018

The purpose is to protect genuine client-attorney communications, even if that client is a criminal, FBI may not see such papers
The big exception to client-attorney privilege is, if the attorney (Rudy Giuliani) himself has PARTICIPATED in the crime. So if Rudy helped Trump commit a crime, then those files are NOT protected by his privilege. There are also some other exceptions to the protection.
