🌉A quick update on the trustless $BTC bridge. The BTC bridge is on mainnet with external auditors reviewing the protocol. This is critical for ensuring the stability of the underlying code and the security of our users. We'll report on the results of the audit once completed!
The team is currently working with a number of DeFi platforms for adding 1BTC liquidity pools. These efforts are on-going and will ensure bridge users have utility for their newly bridged tokens.
Marketing is continuing to work on promotional material. We will be coordinating internally to ensure our community leaders across the various channels have access to these materials, and we're all working in unison to deliver a consistent message and theme on the BTC bridge.
It's important to note that while the BTC bridge is technically public, we are awaiting completion of the audit before recommending use by the general public and broadcasting how to access the platform.
