1. #OROP I read lot of tweets on #OROP. Generally the pattern is same. There is a case pending in SC for which I heard in Oct 2020 or so that final date of hearing is to be given by SC. Each time next date is given assigning no reason. Yesterday, again, fresh date was given.

3. #OROP Mr Modi & his entire ‘force multipliers’ scream ‘hamne OROP diya’, in the other side there is a case in Supreme Court, which, miraculously, does not get the ‘final’ date since one year. It’s ‘Daya, kuch to gadbad hai’ scenario. My issue is NOT Govt or SC, it is Veterans.

4. #OROP Everyone is smart, educated, well aware of situation. SM is full of OROP, why then, don’t all veterans scream in unionism? I was in Jantar Mantar protests form Jul-Sep 2015, and disassociated permanently. I had questions then, I have them now, not one answered.

7. #OROP Forming an opinion without knowing details is a Social Media effect. The guy who protests maximum will come out with least knowledge on subject. Hence a few questions I am asking since 2015 need to be answered by ‘expert’ veterans, and I assure you, there are thousands.

13. #OROP 4. Retirement in Sepoy, Naik and Havs rank (97.5% of ESM) is strictly based on number of years of rendered service, it does not consider age and hence average pensions of a rank will be nearly same. Is the same true for Officer cadre? If yes, details? If no, impact?

14. #OROP A case is as strong as the data that supports it. A case is very weak when it hides core issues. The fact that issues raised in SC are not made public makes the intent suspect. Why are figures of cash benefit for each PBOR rank not made public?
