MB Liberal leader Dougald Lamont says he doesn’t understand why Southern Health is not in Code Red.
He says police and public health inspectors are being harassed and abused.
Lamont says he fears health care will collapse again and claims this government has lost control of the pandemic.
NDP leader Wab Kinew says the province still hasn’t scaled up ICU capacity.

Asks why this was not done earlier.
