In the months leading up to the launch of GB News, its questionable backers, including Andrew Neil, *insisted* that it wouldn’t be a British version of Fox News, despite anyone & everyone *knowing beyond any doubt* that's *exactly* what it would - & inevitably has - become.

I'd not heard of him either. Mark Steyn is a Canadian right-winger who has guest-hosted the toxic Rush Limbaugh Show, as well as the toxic Tucker Carlson's show on Fox News. He became film critic for the Spectator in 1992 & was a columnist for The Daily Telegraph, until 2006.

He's just another highly predictable hard-right controversialist, so he'll fit right in at GB "News".

The Tories got an 80 seat with just 29% of the electorate voting for them. Like the Nazis, all they need to do to win is feed their base with inflammatory anti-minority nationalist rhetoric, & maintain the misleading illusion of being 'patriots fighting Britain-hating experts'.
