In April, 14-year-old Izzuddin from Hebron was shot in the eye by Israeli forces while working at his uncle's vegetable market. The video went viral.

The rubber-coated metal bullet destroyed Izzuddin's eye and doctors were forced to remove it. No one has been held accountable.
"If I see soldiers or clashes, I stop working and go home," Izzuddin says, explaining that he's filled with fear and anxiety. "I thank God for having another eye with which to see."
Israeli military and police guidelines prohibit Israeli forces from firing rubber-coated metal bullets at children, but evidence collected by DCIP and other human rights organizations shows Israeli forces regularly directly target children with these weapons.
