HART were given the right to reply on multiple occasions, including several articles I've been involved in

They keep making these threats of legal action to try and silence the truth, they never follow through.

Behind the scenes I've worked with journalists for a fair few large broadcasters and papers, not just in the UK

The issue is there is an asymmetric battle over the truth

These grifters get platformed by friendly media to spead disinformation, can come out with almost any crap

Yet try and challenge these individuals, their links, money made/raised and its incredible how many hoops must be jumped through, how many barriers are put in the way of those who just want to report the truth.

Editors are very wary

These "grassroot" groups are lawyered up, its cover in the HART leaks that the tactic for any criticism, any attempt to expose them will be hit with heavy handed legal threats.

Us For Them and HART have done this with broadcasters and publishers

Some editors have completely dropped stories, others have demanded stories be watered down massively losing their impact, just seen an example of this occurring in the US around an in depth report on a minimiser hitting a quagmire

This is a regular occurrence, and its infuriating, its why there's so little of this appearing in the news.
If it wasn't so serious it would be funny that the RW commentators responsible for disinformation also bang on about cancel culture all the time

Opaquely funded think tanks linked to those supporting the opaquely funded disinformation groups release reports about the dangers of cancel culture of the importance of freedom of speech while the speech of their opponents is muted

On social media they are quick to block any opposing views, and disagreement, and then attack their critics as alarmist, fanatics etc

They talk of democracy, warn about Big Pharma and orchistrated plans while advancing the coordinated agendas of unelected foreign billionaire

They are the greatest of hypocrites, like saying vaccination should be a choice while trying to deprive parents of the choice of having their children vaccinated.

They try to shut down opposing accounts by triggering the troll pile ons while playing the victim when asked ..

About the validity of their arguments.

Its asymmetric, we dont see masses of dodgy zero covid accounts but there are huge numbers of pro infection troll/bit networks.

Too many editors have been scared off with threats of heavy handed litigation, the lawyers have challenged lockdown, masks in classrooms, vaccination for 12-15, legal threats get sent to schools

Where are the counter challenges, for years ive argued unions should be calling out

The likes of the #TuftonStreetHydra
and I've said the same about the Covid disinformation groups. I've also written to Labour front bench in particular @KateGreenSU regarding schools policy and recieved no reply from her, despite providing hard evidence

However @BylineTimes have been fearless, and you know what?
No court cases, no legal action, because at the end of the day its hollow threats, because the evidence is there.
