Not just higher #s, but rather higher *rates*

If we are to grant that individual rights may be constrained where the societal benefit can be reasonably justified, to counterbalance the above data, just how high should the burden of evidence in *favour* of mandates to 'stop the spread' or 'protect the health system' be?

Have we ourselves seen / heard the respective data sets rigorously weighed, debated, even discussed, or are we always granting that mandates do what they are claimed to be intended to accomplish (if the mandates is to be justified)?

What if the Parliamentary debate (or representations to the Court) were between a low-viral-circulation strategy (#ZeroCovid) of layered controls (including selective, strictly justified use of vax) & high-viral-circulation (#MaxVax) strategy to get back to business...?
