Agency owners!!!

If you’re doing at least $5k/m

I’m going to break down a few things you’re probably not doing that will get you to 10, 20, 30, 50k per month in a few months

Save this, book mark it, let’s get into it

First things first, if you haven’t already, hire out lead gen

If you’re an email marketing agency -> @andrehaykaljr hire him.

Basically anything else -> @NickAbraham12 leadbird (I personally use them)

this is the first hire you need to make and you’ll see why
They are going to help you figure out lead sourcing and scripts that work

This is HUGE. For us we found a few different lead lists to scrape that work well and a super simple script that worked well (this is in July 2021)
Once you have this figured out, and you’re meeting a healthy KPI for response rate -> % that book a call -> solid close rate

You can scale VERY quickly

This is what you do next
You’re going to create fool proof SOP’s of exactly how to book appointments for your business

You’re making these based on what you just saw work from hiring your agency

explain how to find lists, initial messages, follow up messages, how to handle responses, etc
Then you’re going to make a funnel like affiliate.tryclosify.com (we made this in GHL)

The moment someone signs up, they get an affiliate link to send to prospects to book with us, as well as the SOP’s to book us calls
Now you’re going to market this as a make money online opportunity

Because it is, and our affiliates easily make 1-2k pm

Not a ton but nice side money. Affiliate marketing is like word of mouth and still today it is very powerful, we’re not done talking about affiliates yet
EVERYONE you speak to needs to become an affiliate

Sign up your clients

On a sales call? Even if they don’t close, let them know they can make $ sending you business and sign them up on the call

Send an email blast to your CRM and let all your old prospects know too
You will start booking more calls fast (our affiliates prob book us 10-15 calls per week)

now you need to get yourself out of sales

Obviously you hire @tryclosify to hire experienced and vetted sales reps

let’s keep scaling now
now once you get to 15-20k per month

It’s time to bring lead gen internal, buy 10-15 domains and warm them up and use all of @NickAbraham12 and @blackhatwizardd tools to do so

Then you’re going to buy a bunch of lead lists
Once they’re warmed up, you’ll be able to send 100-150 emails per day and ramp up to 500 emails per day

Hire VA’s to handle the responses and push them to a call with your Closify Closer

Bring on a 2nd closer from us to handle the volume
Now hire more people to help with fulfillment

If you’re an email marketer, maybe it’s copywriters, designers, etc

Now scaling becomes this flywheel effect of buying more domains to send more emails, hiring more VA’s to handle responses, more closers for calls, and so on
On top of this make sure you have a VSL that you email to prospects to watch before hopping on a call

now you just keep reinvesting profits and you the CEO make new hires and just watch it grow
I promise you this works too because…. These are literally the exact steps I’ve followed

It is fool proof, as well as keep collecting feedback and refining your offer and have great customer support in place (hire account managers)
So if you’re at 5k pm you should hire a lead gen agency right now

don’t try to do it all yourself, be a CEO

Step 1: Nail down your offer, do outbound prospecting yourself and take sales calls yourself and collect feedback

I was doing this February- April and we were able to nail down a super solid offer we knew was a no brainer
Step 2: Hire an outbound company, we hired leadbird.io for about 3 months

Call booked -> maybe one confirmation email -> take the meeting

This leads to LOW show up rate and LOW trust/authority prior to the call
Here’s what your flow SHOULD look like

Prospect books a call -> custom redirect to a “homework page”

This should showcase your testimonials/case studies and tell them what to expect on the call

Let me give you guys some game

if you’re a business owner

you need to have the same burning fucking desire to be great in every area of your life not just business

you do not pick and choose where you get to be great

You need to be great in ALL aspects of life
you should be strong and athletic

Something @LogFitz6 talks about a lot

Get in the gym, lift weights, do boxing or BJJ (next on my list to start)

Do sprints, run a fast mile, become strong and athletic
Fix your sleep

I cannot stress the difference I feel in energy levels throughout the day from since I started sleeping and waking up at the same time

If your sleep schedule is everything you’re losing so much potential

1) I would start by interviewing a variety of people in different niches

Interview agency owners, info product sellers, real estate agents, fitness coaches, pick 3-5 niches you’re interested in and go from there
2) after you’ve done enough interviews you’ll have found a common problem

Obviously a very common one at the moment is a lack of being able to book appts

(Hence the boom in now Omni present agencies)

Listen you can have Jordan Belfort as your closer but if you don’t have qualified prospects he ain’t closing

first you need to know your audience
>> what are their struggles
>> what is valuable to them
>> can you speed up their process?
>> can you save them money?

Once you figure out what they value- nail this in all of your copy at your top of funnel

They get TONS of DM’s

Every. Single. Day
Would get pretty annoying having 30 people pitch you for a quick “virtual coffee” or whatever every day right?

So we’re NOT going to do that

They’re humans too just like us and we want to make them our friends
