6. Buy one bestseller book every year, even if you don’t read. One day you will.
7. Read about the benefits of eating your last meal of the day prior or closer to the sunset.

8. Be grateful for the food on your plate.

9. Ignore that car which cut you off on the road. Realize that this doesn’t change who you are.
10. When you’re going to face someone you know and your heart beats uncomfortably each and every time you face them, you’ll need to cut them off.

11. Turn on the grayscale display on your mobile at least 2 hour prior to bed.

12. Write one audaciously big dream for yourself.
13. If you feel jealous, write down your feelings so that you feel how bad it looks.

14. Read about monthly SIP and how you can do it for 5 years.

15. Take off one day just for yourself.
16. Have a friend you never broke off with but didn’t talk for years? Call them.

17. Ask that question - it’s okay! Worst case scenario is you’ll be humiliated.

18. Help one person without expecting anything in return. Trust me, it’s very satisfying.
19. Create a 10 point bucket list.

20. Stop the urge of talking ill about anyone. Period.

21. Say only those words from your mouth that you want in your life. Eliminate all words which are not good. It could be anything.
