10 FATAL FASTING MISTAKES

(Important thread you'll want to read)
Most of your fat loss success isn't going to come from some magic hack.

It's going to come from:

A) Following a proven system
B) Not f***ing up

THAT'S how you get lean.

Let's get into the biggest mistake first...
1. Not Doing It Every Day

CONSISTENCY!

I can't tell you the amount of emails I get from guys who do IF 3x per week and are confused as to why they're not 10% bf yet.

Do it every day.

Sunday being the only possible exception.
2. Skipping Green Teas

Skip breakfast, but don't skip green tea. Esp. if you're over 40.

3. Worrying About Muscle Loss

Look, if you don't have a 90%+ workout completion ratio, you have no business worrying about muscle loss. You're already losing it regardless of diet!
4. Worrying About The Perfect Training Timing

Again, this is valid only if you hit all your workouts. If you're someone who misses workouts, it doesn't matter what time you train.

Hitting EVERY WORKOUT at any time is miles better than skipping workouts.

Discipline > all else.
5. No Mission

This is general 'life advice' that fits into Intermittent Fasting well. Remember that boredom is the #1 enemy of fasting.

6. Breaking Fast With Carbs

When it comes to carbs, you start the day as you mean to go on whether you realise this or not.

7. Dehydration

This is a common one to this day.

Not getting 3-4L per day is going to make you hungrier and more lethargic than you need to be.

8. Inactivity

VERY dangerous. You're not taking advantage of the fasted state to burn extra fat. You should, via morning walks.
9. Not Knowing Your Trigger Foods

Trigger Foods have the ability to destroy an entire week's worth of fat loss, ZERO exaggeration.

If you're in a small deficit all week like I suggest, sugar-coated, golden syrup pancakes on Sunday can undo ALL of it.

Secret is to replace them.
10. Lack Of Daily Accountability

This is definitely one of the biggest.

Most people need DAILY accountability until they truly get the 'fitness lifestyle' drilled into their subconscious.

This is the secret to programming yourself.

Why?
Because the old saying "the stuff you own ends up owning you" is very true.

Owning stuff = stress. Cars, boats, big houses, toys.

5. Get More Sunlight

This has a three-pronged attack on stress, in that sunlight itself is relaxing, plus Vit D, plus improved circadian rhythm.

Its more expensive than a lot of junk food, I concede.

Yes, it's more than possible.

It will be harder if you're 40+, you'll need to be more disciplined, and you'll need an optimised plan.

But you CAN do it.

You're not going to be high T if your body fat levels are high.

It just isn't possible. There's too many cells in your body secreting estrogen.

My advice is to get to 15% bf using Intermittent Fasting/OMAD, and try to gain some muscle in the process 👇

11 Completely BS Testosterone Myths, Busted.

#1. Testosterone Decline Only Affects You If You're Over Age 30

Not true.

Men's testosterone levels across ALL ages, have declined by about 30% since the 1980s. Then on top of this, you've probably experienced a 1% annual decline since age 30 if you're older.

A double-whammy.
#2. Testosterone Makes You Angry/Violent

Testosterone tends to make you more confident.

But anger/violence? These are usually due to lack of emotional control, which is linked more closely to estrogen dominance, not testosterone.
