How is it that Primary Bank in NH was allowed to start with the directors that it has after the FRM Ponzi Scheme and those were allowed to pay their own companies PPP loans, have them forgiven, sell their companies while not paying employees?
"Some 500 people were defrauded by FRM out of a total of $80 million. Connolly resigned as Bureau of Securities Regulation director in 2009, citing what he said was the government’s failure during Gov. John Lynch’s administration to act on numerous warning signs about the Ponzi "
"Connolly said there were 77 violations of state & federal law reported to the state’s Banking Department & several criminal complaints filed with the attorney general’s office, years before the Ponzi was revealed."
Shocking. #NHPolitics Corruption leads to corruption kills kids

Sylvia Gale, the activist who planted a rumor for PD James McLaughlin in 1988 (when he was already on list of corrupt PD since 1985 - only just revealed in 2022) was asked to resign in 1999 from a child advocacy organization for conflicts of interest. So what is going on?
In 1999 also: Washington Post published article about Chuck Douglas in which his ex wife accused him of tax evasion. 3 years later, working with police (James McLaughlin, later convicted felon Edward Arsenault, Jim Rosenberg, Gordon MacDonald, David Vicinanzo..Doe v Diocese began
@techiestudent@State0fCorrupt@YouTube@mggrond Yes it is. This is how it works and has worked. It started, from my research with the DCYF working with a fraudulent police officer named Jim McLaughlin in 1988 or so. He went on to frame a Catholic Priest so they could then mine the Diocese of Manchester in a ton of suits.
@techiestudent@State0fCorrupt@YouTube@mggrond Just last week, Jim McLaughlin's name was released by the AG of NH on a list of corrupt police officers. Then it was removed. It transpires that his corruption has been known about since 1985 - 9 years before the trial of Father Gordon MacRae.
@techiestudent@State0fCorrupt@YouTube@mggrond But there was a lot of money and deals to be made by framing Father MacRae and getting inside the Diocese of Manchester. And who did they have working with them but Edward Arsenault who eventually went to prison in 2014 for bribery and theft of the Diocese.

"If it's run well then it doesn't need to be audited" - that's how you end up with $932.5 billion hidden in trusts and LLCs in New Hampshire in the #PandoraPapers .....
So the question is whether @PrimaryBankNH is run well? Andrew Crews, director, steps down from Autofair which is being sued and he is too in Massachusetts. So is it being run well when one of its directors is allegedly not paying employees of Autofair?
And as for @DonnaSoucy why is she shielded from the FRM Ponzi scheme scandal and then gets to be director of Primary Bank? " But Hildreth’s legal counsel at Banking during much of the period in question was a woman named Donna Soucy. "nowhampshire.com/2010/06/10/sou…
@JohnFormella Do you not think this is the case now?
Why is Chuck Douglas Chair of the Judicial Selection Committee given the accusations against him & subsequent misconduct of Judge Patricia Coffey and Edward Arsenault - tied to him...?
How fit is Chuck Douglas to be Chair of the Judicial Selection Committee when he allegedly had an adulterous affair with a woman he was representing in a sexual assault, under his wife's nose? Professional codes of conduct & conflicts of interest?
I don't know who selected Introcaso or Dalpra or Coffey but it seems that Chuck Douglas has a long history with the courts of New Hampshire in which there appears to be prejudice, cover ups & self dealing. What is your AG's office going to do to rectify this?
Former director of a child welfare agency plead " guilty to endangering the welfare of children when she concealed abuse allegations to cut down a backlog of cases."
Err @GracieGato@noogajack977@Melangie How come that hasn't happened in New Hampshire yet with DCYF? #NHPolitics
