Sylvia Gale, the activist who planted a rumor for PD James McLaughlin in 1988 (when he was already on list of corrupt PD since 1985 - only just revealed in 2022) was asked to resign in 1999 from a child advocacy organization for conflicts of interest. So what is going on?

In 1999 also: Washington Post published article about Chuck Douglas in which his ex wife accused him of tax evasion. 3 years later, working with police (James McLaughlin, later convicted felon Edward Arsenault, Jim Rosenberg, Gordon MacDonald, David Vicinanzo..Doe v Diocese began

The "Spotlight" film happened. A member of the Spotlight team is on the board of the NHCADSV. A member of the Spotlight team @jennabelson co-authored a book to frame St Paul's School which similarly shelled out millions to Chuck Douglas & his cohorts. Wash, rinse, repeat. Racket?

Monsignor Edward Arsenault went to prison in 2014 for bribery and theft, including for expenses in 1999-2009 at the Diocese of Manchester: cell phones, computers, meals. Who were these for? Media? James F McLaughlin (PD), Chuck Douglas? Jim Rosenberg? David Walker? Jim Rosenberg?

In 2014, Judge Larry Smukler turned down Father MacRae for new trial despite overwhelming evidence of James F McLaughlin's misconduct. Larry Smukler was the judge in the Owen Labrie trial in 2015 which also involved police misconduct and suits followed, filed by Chuck Douglas

The Owen Labrie trial was called an "opportunity" by activist and NHCADSV public affairs director Amanda Grady Sexton. Indeed, she and her cohorts created & controlled the media (including the AP) to benefit police, prosecutors & civil lawyers including Chuck Douglas.

They worked with local journalists to spin the narrative that would benefit their financial enterprise - leading to a settlement with St Paul's School that mirrored the one with the Diocese of Manchester and involved the very same people:Gordon MacDonald, David Vicinanzo & others

Whereas the Diocese of Manchester ended up printing a list of priests (most dead) who'd been accused of sexual assault, David Vicinanzo commended Judge Richard McNamara for keeping the St Paul's School report private. He counsel's NHCADSV which got a contract with the school...

The NHCADSV did not complain that the Grand Jury Criminal Investigation report into St Paul's was kept private either. Why not? Because Amanda Grady Sexton, the Director of Public Affairs also works with Concord Police who would have been exposed for misconduct re St Paul's.

Amanda Grady Sexton has several conflicts of interest which have gone unadmonished: she works with the police and prosecutors to train them, to manipulate the media for them and with the civil lawyers to manipulate the media for them and then her org gets money or contracts.

Amanda Grady Sexton then has another conflict of interests: She lobbies for victims rights interests while her organization receives grant money from the DOJ/Senator Jeanne Shaheen. Shaheen's husband's law firm is also Amanda Grady Sexton's legal representation & NHCADSV's.

& coincidentally, Timothy McLaughlin, a partner at Shaheen & Gordon would appear to be related to James F McLaughlin (brother I believe), the police officer who has made a career out of child sex crimes using & instructing in unlawful tactics including $$$ bribes.

In August 2019, Amanda Grady Sexton, Concord Police Chief and Franklin Police Chief all got behind a lawsuit Jennifer Adams v DA Robin Davis filed by their pal, Chuck Douglas. It was a "hostile environment" suit attacking DA Robin Davis (female) for being a misogynist....

The lawsuit asserts that DA Robin Davis has an issue with the New Hampshire sexual assault statute requiring no corroborating witnesses or evidence; the police's tainted investigations, use of media, witness interview techniques & too close relationship with prosecutors.

This lawsuit also mentioned a disagreement over a particular investigation which I believe was the arrest of 17 year old Griffin Furlotte for sexual assault with 3 girls at a party. In November of 2019 at a plea hearing, one of these girls testified that PD had bullied her.

The teen girl testified that for months police, public officials and administrators (which I understand included the NHCADSV) had bullied her, stalked her, lied to her and force-fed her tales they wanted her to spout so they could charge Griffin Furlotte.

For his part, Griffin Furlotte (who'd been held without bail for months) told the court that he was not the monster that he had been portrayed as (and indicated that he had been appallingly treated while in pretrial incarceration). The NHCADSV I believe used media to frame him.

Amanda Grady Sexton is married to Adam Sexton, the political director of WMUR which was given the exclusive access to NH v Owen Labrie (and she "kept tabs" on the media). Her friend,Debra Altshiller of HAVEN (part of NHCADSV) is married to Howard Altshiller, Chair of NH Press Ass

Amanda Grady Sexton is also close to Chuck Douglas (who filed all or nearly all of Does v Diocese of Manchester,Does v St Paul's, Does v Dartmouth). They were both paid (along with Debra Altshiller's daughter & others to promote Marsy's Law for billionaire Henry T Nicholas III

Henry T Nicholas III is a convicted drug trafficking felon who built a $30 million underground lair where he indulged an obsession with sex and drugs. He boasted that he drugged prostitutes' drinks before sex & his ex sued him for domestic violence & emotional abuse.

Yet Amanda Grady Sexton said in February 2018 that she felt perfectly comfortable working with Henry T Nicholas III and the organization he runs (Marsy's Law) and the NHCADSV & affiliates did too. Do they care about DV & SA or is this actually just all about money and lobbying?

The #PandoraPapers have found $932.5 billion hiding in trusts and LLCs in New Hampshire. Andrew Crews, director of Children's Advocacy Center (with Franklin Police Chief who supported lawsuit against DA Davis), President of the NH State Lottery (Chuck Douglas' wife is Chair)..

just stepped down as CEO of Autofair, the biggest car dealership which had been given a $2-5 million PPP loan (forgiven) by Primary Bank on which Andrew Crews is also a board director. The Secretary of State stepped down after 42 years. Shaheen & Gordon repped Ghislaine Maxwell..

Donna Soucy, a Democrat rep in NH (who was on Maggie Hassan's campaign) was legal counsel in the banking department during the time when the FRM Ponzi scheme was going on but not revealed till the 2008 crash. She got out without investigation.

Former AG John Lynch is on the board of Primary Bank with Andrew Crews- how come? His office was also tied up in the FRM ponzi scheme. Curiously Democrats in NH think there are more important things than paying the victims of the FRM Ponzi Scheme. Why is that?

NH Supreme Court Chief Justice, former AG Gordon MacDonald, didn't want the list of corrupt police officers to be released. Why is that? Could it be because of his own involvement in the Diocese of Manchester & his knowledge of James M McLaughlin & the racket in NH Sex crimes?

The #PandoraPapers list in New Hampshire (inter alia): addresses at Phillips Exeter Academy (where Senator Maggie Hassan & Tom Hassan were for many years) and which covered up sexual assault; St Paul's School, Dartmouth and a large Auto Dealer.....

As NHPR noted, there may be innocent reasons why these places come up in the #PandoraPapers but it is curious that each of them are tied to NHCADSV and/or the NH PD and Child Advocacy Centers and AG's office who wanted to block corrupt police officer names from being revealed.

It should also be noted, that Sylvia Gale (at the top of this thread) was also involved with CASA NH - a non-profit that former AG Michael Delaney & his wife Caroline Delaney (Department of Revenue) have a financial interest in. Delaney repped Judge Introcaso recently.

Judge Introcaso took an Alford Plea and is a convicted felon for falsifying judicial documents and ordering the GAL (godmother to her daughter) to be paid in cash in family court. Former AG Michael Delaney represented Introcaso for the no-jail time plea deal......

AG Michael Delaney also represented St Paul's School for the Owen Labrie trial (keeping administrators off the stand) and the Doe suits which followed. It wreaks of insider deals that the scholarship kid is the one who got convicted, the NHCADSV got deals, Chuck Douglas got $

& that the AG has decided to keep the list of corrupt police officers private.The NH AG's office and the people involved in the Diocese of Manchester, NH v Gordon McRae, NH v Owen Labrie, NH v Griffin Furlotte, St Paul's School, Phillips Exeter, Dartmouth suits need investigating

The Diocese of Manchester now refers families of SA and DV to the Children's Trust Foundation at 10 Ferry Street in Concord NH. That organization was reported to the Boston FBI in 2016 for suspected child trafficking. Former AG assist Lauren Noether is tied to this organization

What else is associated with the Children's Trust Foundation address in Concord NH?Maximus Inc which curiously got its first contract with New Hampshire (DHHS/DCYF I think in the late 1980's - right when Sylvia Gale as at Catholic Child Services - now Children's Trust foundation?

So the question has to be asked to the NH Supreme Court Chief Justice Gordon MacDonald; to Chuck Douglas; to the AG's office; to Governor Sununu; to the NHCADSV, to DCYF, to NHPD, to the banking department, DRE: was/is there a racket that started with Sylvia Gale/Jim McLaughlin?

Because there is no other reason why the AG of New Hampshire (Gordon MacDonald) did not want the list of corrupt police officers revealed to the public and why the AG's office (Geoffrey Ward) has been removing names without explanation to the public as to why.

Chuck Douglas was the NH Supreme Court Chief Justice. He wrote the Guide to Family Law. The NH Family Courts are corrupt. There are depositions that state this from employees for DCYF. DCYF has failed for decades. #PandoraPapers #NHPolitics #corruptioniscancer #kids matter

All of the above took place in the last 40 years. The New Hampshire Secretary of State who has served NH for 42 years stepped down in January 2022, less than one month after the Senate Ways & Means committee started to investigate Pandora Papers.

James M McLaughlin's father was a board member for City of Concord Council for 25 years. Phil McLaughlin (relation)? was the AG in 2002 when the first Doe v Diocese of Manchester happened. Amanda Grady Sexton is on the board of Concord City Council. So was DA Paul Halvorsen..

DA Paul Halvorsen was also a juvenile prosecutor who sent kids to juvenile detention centers run by DCYF where they were tortured, bullied, and had bleeding genitals. The State has denied their class action citing "victim negligence". NHCADSV works with DCYF

NHCADSV supported DA Paul Halvorsen as replacement for DA Robin Davis who had an issue with the NH Sexual Assault statute according to the lawsuit which Chuck Douglas filed and which was supported by Amanda Grady Sexton ...

The State of New Hampshire also ignored Anna Carrigan v New Hampshire whistleblower suit in which she cited the failures of DCYF and the children who had died and been tortured under DCYF. She's a child state social worker. She knows. She was ignored and faced retaliation.

Governor Sununu is now trying to blame the disappearance of #HarmonyMontgomery on the State of Massachussetts. No, she lived in NH and she was reported to NH PD & DCYF 2 years ago. Sununu is covering up his own complicity in allowing this to continue.

Governor Sununu keeps throwing money (grants and other) to DCYF, to NHCADSV and the child abuse gets worse. He gives no-bid contracts to management consultants in DC. He needs to be answerable to the public about what happens to the money in these organizations.

#HarmonyMontgomery is the victim of decades of cover ups and systemic abuse in New Hampshire that has allowed children to be used and abused to profiteer and racketeer. Get the federal $ to NH for child abuse but let it go to lobbyists for political campaigns & not kids, right?
