Dude wasn't buying BTC with El Salvador's treasury funds in 2011. What the fuck is he even talking about? He bought at literal peak and is riding the implosion down. He really should shut the fuck up about investment advice.
Kinda basic rule is you buy larger quantities at lower prices if you're a dumbass who bought at peak - to "average down" your price. Not the opposite. Which is what Bukele did with El Salvador's money.
When you inherited $40M from your daddy and have never worked a day in your life, I guess it's easy to be cavalier about losing $20M of other people's money in just five months of complete and unrelenting red ink.
