Imagine raising $7m on GoFundMe and stealing food from the vulnerable and houseless populations in Ottawa in January while you honk your horns for “freedom.”
The org itself said they experienced harassment from convoy participants seeking food and food was given to diffuse a tense situation, but the truth doesn’t matter to these people.
Audio of the Zello chat indicates they refused to wear masks in restaurants, and instead used resources of community orgs who exist to help the food insecure communities of Ottawa. They claim the kitchen was happy, but their tweets indicate harassment.

With multiple instances of swastikas (many stylized to indicate opposition to vax mandates) & confederate flags being displayed on & nearby the Hill, one observer photographed a man throwing a Nazi salute in time to the honking.
2/ In an extremely online world, youth are at an increased risk of coming across hate propaganda on social media. Several hate groups maintain accounts on a variety of other platforms used by young people, notably Instagram.
