You need to have Minimum Viable Competence in an array of things.

Let me explain

THREAD
Let's say you're gonna be doing lead generation for whatever offer you sell. You're using cold emails.

You need to know how to:

> Set up domains/warmup
> Scrape emails
> Write emails
> Make landing page
> Make VSL
> Send the emails
> Get on sales calls
> Onboard
> Fulfill
That's a lot of things to master.

But not a lot to be minimally viably competent.

What I mean by that is you're simply CAPABLE of doing it.

To where somebody goes "have you done this before?" and you say yes
The way you become minimally viably competent is you simply do it once.

What takes 1-4 hours of preparation on the first go will take 15 minutes on the second go

For instance...
You buy the domains and set up warmup one time.

It takes a while to learn intricacies.

But once you complete it once your know it forever.
You scrape some emails using klean leads or contactecom.

It takes a while to learn intricacies then you know it forever.
You need to make a landing page on carrd and record video sales letters.

You're confused at first, but you do it one time and now you're competent enough to do it a second with ease.
It is all about doing it JUST ONE TIME.

Now you just KNOW how to do it.

You DO NOT need to be a master at first.

You need to simply be Minimally Viably Competent.

You just know what buttons to click.

That's all this is.
