2/ The animation industry has the potential to take the world by storm from Japan, but with a declining population, the domestic market alone is becoming overly saturated with many forms of entertainment competing against each other, and overseas expansion is a must.
3/ I hope to create a pathway to overseas markets through this animation project. I want to work together with the community to break through.
4/ Although there are works like "Demon Slayer" and "Your Name" that are big hits overseas, the truth is that most of the animation works produced are in the red.
5/ In fact, most of the works produced in anime are in the red. The model is highly gambling, with the rare home run being the only one that pays off. The rate used to be 1 in 10, but nowadays it is said to be 1 in 30.
6/ Anime generates revenue outside of distribution through collaborations in multiple areas such as games, goods, and stage performances. Due to such circumstances, the portfolio structure is enhanced by synergy with the core business and multiple anime investments.
7/ In order to minimize the investment risk from the company's perspective, the production committee model, which makes it easy to invest in multiple anime, has been the standard for many years.
8/ In many cases, studios that produce animation basically do not have any functions other than animation production. The goods sales are not a large scale business, and there is little merit in investing in an animation production committee because there is
9/ no means of recovery other than through animation works. NFT may change this.
2/ This project is a challenge to raise new funds for animation production by using NFT.
3/ For example, the "work data" created during the production process is a coveted item for fans, and with NFT, fans can collect official works for themselves and directly support the funding of the next anime production in a transparent manner.
