10 So, I think we'll get there but I also think ur setting yourself up 4 major disappointment if u think it's imminent. Of course, if whatever is behind the phenomenon decides to up its game & make it obvious to everybody that something anomalous is here, then all bets are off.
12 The other wild cards: Congress. All it will take is for one member (preferably, a Senator) to stay on this (which seems to be happening w/Gillibrand, Rubio, Gallego and others) and realize how important it would be to publicly rule out an adversary and human tech.
