#Belarus has a relatively extensive network of cameras to monitor traffic and weather on the road network.
Well...
The huge majority of them stopped updating in the span of 3 hours in the morning of February 19... All basically at the same time. #opsec ?

(not all cameras provided a timestamp of the last image, for those a generic "1 or 2 days ago" was reported as date of last image.)

(Belarus gov website is a mess and lacks details about last images)
Looks like they simply pulled offline the whole "road infrastructure information center" gov website ( i.centr.by ) which was the source of the camera data.
At around 9 AM of Feb 21 the cameras came back online after a 2 days "vacation"

Interesting topic with multiple faces to it.
First the types of content:
1) people posting to social media videos / images / text about armaments.
2) "analysts" professional and amateur which extrapolate data from open sources (otpcial sat, sar, radio data, ais, adsb, etc)

3) accounts very good at discovering what is posted by point 1 & 2 people and repost/amplify it, basically being an OSINT powered news service (@ELINTNews is a great example)

Pertaining to "helping" Ukraine, its the 1 & 2 people who can represent a real problem, especially 1
it's unrealistical to think that Russian intelligence isn't capable of finding the same stuff OSINT news accounts post (they are many and actually paid to scrub social media and have dedicated software for it).

Zelensky had to be extremely cautious with words (and actions),passionately letting out the rage he and most Ukrainians must be feeling would just serve Putin internal propaganda further "justifying" RU future actions.

He is making it so that whatever Russia does next will solely be on Putin and his pre-determined plan (as opposed to have him "react" to Ukraine actions). Ukraine can't win a war but can work hard to gather all possible international support
At the same time by not saying things Russia propaganda can use to further convince Russian public of the gov rightfulness, he is doing the little he can to empower the few still living Putin opposers inside Russia.

Sentinel-1 data suggests that #Russia has a new toy which has tested/activated somewhere near Rostov-on-Don.
Still hard to pinpoint the source, but the interferences recorded by the C-SAR satellites are among the strongest ever detected and have a unique pattern.

The rather unique pattern, the strength and a the interference affecting strongly both Sentinel-1 polarisations suggests something rather different than any previously detected assets (with this technique at least).
Could be many things, ranging from a Radar to a new EW asset.
Fast chart showing the value spikes starting on June 4, interestingly the first spike affected mostly VV (vertical vertical) polarisation, the following ones (July 10, 16, 22) have both polarisations affected more uniformly.

Been nerding out on the bullet trajectories simulation from the scene of recent Mohsen Fakhrizadeh assassination in #Iran, more soon, but in the meantime, the result of processing over 1 million possible bullet trajectories shows few possible firing position (red spheres) #OSINT
New results in
-5 clear in and out holes visible
-120 possible in-out holes associations
-2.1 million trajectories computed (6° vertical max deviation, +-3° horizontal)
-relevant area divided into 1.2 million 0,4meters voxels to test.
- 1 ONLY possible fire position (red sphere)

BTW, shadows / sun position is realistic too, set at 2 pm for the correct coordinates of the attack.
