Just to clarify my original tweet. This is clearly not ALL the real estate in NYC owned by oligarchs. Likely just the ones @nypost had access to.

This has been known by most New Yorkers, and certainly those in real estate, for years.

A real life story about why we shouldn't get rid of the mask mandate:

1/
These kids played a HS basketball game last Friday. In NYC.

They were not allowed to shake hands after the game but were permitted to play with the masks under their chins.
The kid in the back left tested positive Saturday.

2 more tested positive on Sunday.

2 more Monday.

My friend's kid in the front left just tested positive this afternoon.

That's 6 from one team. So far. That we know of.
