3] As fate would eventually have it, wisdom prevailed, & a new party was formally introduced,Jan 24th
Can quickly add that for those who sensed this inevitability, concern was on the new party name
With the benefit of hindsight, are you as a citizen satisfied with the name CCC?
4] My own quick assessment is that the new name is brilliant.
CCC is easy on the tongue & allows for interesting word play.
ZanuPF itself has abandoned MDC.
It's pending electoral humiliation will turn into a mere history book legend, unable to evoke much emotional reaction
5] I rallied behind calls for participation in the by-elections, bcoz it allowed for the new to test its candidates selection strategies, especially the community consensus system
Equally suggested that all eligible recalled candidates be allowed to run
9] My quick assessment is that CCC is very much hands on this time around.
The involvement & efforts of @PacheduZW are an absolute game changer
Already, ZEC is denying its own voters roll, & is firing its staff for exposing their incompetence & rigging ploys
The VR is very key
10] Whereas the exposure has an unintended consequence of leaving citizens disillusioned, they should actually leave us satisfied that there are citizens working round the clock, to expose rigging.
As a citizen, what's your #YellowReview feeling over the attention given to ZEC?
12] On the Jan 6th thread, I equally opinioned that political activities to be activated through the new's decision to participate in the by-elections, would allow citizens to have their voices heard.
13] My own assessment has been that citizens have spoken out loudly
It's impossible to convince an outside that CCC is less than 2 months old, if they saw the rallies visuals
As a citizen, what's your #YellowReview of how you & citizens in your communities, feel about the CCC?
14] For today, will end my #YellowReview thread here
Remember this particular thread is mostly interested in generating discourse & conversations on citizens' views over certain political developments, particularly affecting the Yellow movement.
Let's engage

True to its identity of being a judicial reconstruct, @OurMDCT through Mwonzora's legendary tactic of using proxies (something he employed against Tsvangirai himself), is now attempting to stop the March 202 by-elections, he caused
2] Great political minds, such as Dr Magaisa, countless times, warned Mwonzora against overplaying the court card, as 'politics is about the voter'!
Whereas admittedly, this isn't rocket science, it would seem like everyone else except Mwonzora, understood this warning.
3] Before looking into the merits of what the DM proxy is asking from the courts...here's some context.
Mwonzora has been a useful ploy, in ED's desperation to destroy @nelsonchamisa
In 2020, the courts upheld a dubious judgement which deligitimised Nero's succession of MRT
Was doing a followup on a colleague from Kwekwe, whom I shan't name for his own security, who was stubbed at the Yellow Sunday rally, addressed by @nelsonchamisa last Sunday
The story is chilling & leaves you fearful & frustrate beyond anyone's compression
2] His story goes....
He was eventually alerted by commotion behind him, & turned back to saw machete welding men running towards him, randomly hitting CCC supporter.
One of them began chasing him & eventually caught up, & proceeded to tackle him to the ground, where he fell.
3] Once he fell, the man started stabbing him countless times, with a long spear he was holding
His only saving grace was that he fortunately fell on his stomach. Consequently, he was stubbed on his backside
Had he fallen on his back, he would've been stubbed on his stomach
"We gathered here today, less than 400 days before the 2023 general elections, 35 or so days before the by-elections. They thought they had dealt us a heavy blow. I warned them, Save left me with a vision of where we are going"
"They claimed our kraal, & we said stay behind with it, together with your herder, Dhakaboy. You can capture the leaders but can never capture the people. You can even entice some people, but the citizens of Zimbabwe will not tire, until change is realised."
"We gather here in Highfield where it all began with nationalists. I'm saying to Mugabe, Nkomo, Dabengwa, Tsvangirai, I'm now carrying your work forward and will complete what you had begun. Thank you citizens for keeping the liberation agenda aglow."
