1/ It is my understanding #DianeDimond was the first to publicly release the 1994 Michael Jackson / Chandler settlement document that she obtained directly from the leaked source.
2/ During Dimonds CourtTV exclusive (June 15th 2004) she announced to the world Michael Jackson paid $25million to the Chandler family.
Shortly after, a copy of the settlement document made it's way to various media outlets, but the $15,331,250 was mistakenly left unredacted.
3/
In the days following Dimonds “bombshell exclusive” some media outlets simply echoed Dimonds claims that Jackson paid $25million without any verification.
4/
While others, instead of just parroting Dimonds sensationalized, unsubstantiated claims that Jackson paid $25million, only reported on the amount they were able to verify ($15,331,250)
5/ After an email exchange I had with Diane herself, she confirmed she obtained the settlement document straight from the Santa Barbara Court after receiving a tip that it was in a public file. A member of Jacksons legal team filed the final settlement agreement ⤵️
6/ with the court (as required by law) but they did not fully redacted the document.
Diane recieved the settlement document with the Settlement Payment section redacted.
7/ Listen to this voice clip of Diane Dimond talking about the settlement, then Listen again carefully to the first section.
Quote: “And there, several pages in where the actual figures, the AMOUNT of the settlement, which had been carelessly not redacted"
8/ The only figure that what carelessly NOT redacted was $15,331,250!
9/ Before she starts reeling off the alleged amounts rumored to have been paid on top of the $15.331.250 (which were told to her by "informed sources") listen to how she exaggerates the (S) at the end of settlements.
It's seems like she added it on the end; last minute 🤔
10/ In the voice clip you can hear Dimond speak of a signing bonus of "about $2million dollars" and what she heard from “good authority” regarding Larry Feldmans legal fees.
Why doesn't she have/cite the exact figures if her trusted source/good authority gave them to her?
11/ This proves Diane Dimond did not receive nor has ever seen the settlement document in it's entirety with the (Settlement Payment) section unredacted (like some people believe) because if she had ⤵️
12/ why is she using words like "about", why not cite the exact amounts as she did with the $15,331,250?
Dimond clearly states, “the AMOUNT of the SETTLEMENT (singular) was carelessly not redacted.”
The only carelessly not redacted figure shows $15,331,250.
13/ Why would Dimond add to the $15,331,250 that is written in the settlement, with the extra money that was “rumoured” to her that Jackson had paid on the side.
A rumour has no proof. It is NOT a fact.
14/ The FACT is, according to Diane Dimond herself, the total sum Michael Jackson paid to the Chandlers, as per the settlement agreement was $15,331,250 (carelessly not redacted)
15/ Had there been any other agreements to pay any additional amounts, above and beyond the confession of judgment, it would have been listed in the same paragraph as the $15,331,250!
Really Diane, is that how it was sensationalized?
16/ Its not about what's there; its about what isnt and what isnt there is a breakdown of any additional monies to be paid by Jackson at the time the settlement was signed. There are no other amounts redacted/pages missing at that point in the settlement as the allocations where.
17/ In August 2005, soon after the MJ trial, it was announced that DD's CourtTV contract would not be renewed. Although, she had until December with the network, she chose to leave immediately after the news of her release. She claimed it was on good terms, but I’m not so sure.
18/ Why did Diane take off so quickly the way she did? There were some obvious hurt feelings because she did not earn herself the permanent spot she had hoped for.
She begged CourtTV to give her a chance and report on the Michael Jackson allegations.
19/ You can take the girl out of tabloid TV, but you can’t take the tabloids out of the girl 😂

Two Completely different stories about how the Safechucks’ relationship with Jackson started!
In Leaving Neverland we have Stephanie saying “One day the phone rang and I picked it up: ‘Hi, this is Michael, I’m calling from Australia...." this implies ⤵️
Jackson made contact first and called James out of the blue.
"And that started the relationship"
With Michael still in Australia he sends a crew to film/interview James.
James then goes on to say that a secretary or someone called to invite them to dinner at the ⤵️
Havenhurst house.
This is how Jacksons relationship starts with the Safechucks according to Leaving Neverland!
However, in Safechucks lawsuit he claims after the Pepsi commercial Michael wrote him a letter (dated March 10th 1987) but if you notice the first sentence starts ⤵️
In Wade Robsons complaint(s) he said the alleged abuse started on the SECOND night after his sister wanted to sleep upstairs because she supposedly expressed concern about sleeping in a bed with Michael.
Chantal however tells a different story - she said she slept upstairs the FIRST night and downstairs the SECOND night because by then she was more comfortable with
her friendship with Michael.
Joy Robson said in her 2016 deposition that Chantal fell asleep in Michaels bed the second night but went upstairs when she woke up, this contradicts Wade, who said that Chantal suggested they both go upstairs, but he said he didn't want to.
Michael Jackson purchased an annuity from an annuity broker. Then from there a STRUCTURED SETTLEMENT ANNUITY was set up for the Chandlers. These are most always underwritten by an insurance company. This is typical for MOST personal injury settlements.
You say molestation, but they see it as a personal injury case since the agreement was signed not accepting liability/fault.
If you don’t understand how one works, then please google it, because I don’t have time to continue to educate you.
#MJFam 1/ Uneducated guiltiers (such as this one) are quick enough to bark "Michael Jackson didn't have lupus) blah blah blah
However......
2/ Below is Michaels discharge summary from his scalp burn (Pepsi Commercial) accident in 1984.
Under "hospital course" you will see Dr. Hoefflin had a verbal consultation with Dr Klein & it was revealed that Michael had recently been diagnosed with discoid lupus erythematosus
3/ Prednisone is listed in Michael Jacksons autopsy
Certain uneducated trolls are passing this "facts" screen shot around like its a share bag of Haribo, however its riddled with your usual guiltiers hope & dreams aka utter BS!
1/ Robson/Safechuck say that they defended him under oath bc they did not yet understood that what MJ allegedly did was wrong or abuse.
Nowhere did they say in LN that MJs lawyers coached them & there is no way anyone could be coached to answer all those questions when MJ ⤵️
2/ wouldn't/didn't even know what the questions would be.
Which lawyer coached them & how exactly?
Safechuck never claimed that Jackson made him believe that he would go to jail. That is not part of his complaint(s), his declaration or what he said in Leaving Neverland.
#MJFam#MJInnocent#LeavingNeverland#LiesOfLeavingNeverland 1/ Let us address how certain uneducated guiltiers love to claim that Joy Robson stuck to her story regarding her "family" going to the Grand Canyon in order to not perjure herself. ⤵️
2/ Joy does NOT qualify by law to be charged with perjury, reason being Joy was not a material witness, if she was, then she would have been subpoenaed by the prosecution to insure that she testified ⤵️
3/ Material witnesses are incredibly important to prosecuting the accused & by law they can legally detain that person to ensure they testify & to try ensure a conviction. So many witnesses lie on the witness stand, it was given the nickname of “testilying” ⤵️
