A loss of a qualified officer can be far more devastating on the Battlefield then the loss of any weapon system. Russia has a large conscript army. Quality NCOs are very important to any army. Quality officers are also equally important.

The constant loss of high level level officers for Russia is going to be devastating. For comparison, in all of the USAs military engagements the US has only lost 1 General to the enemy since 1968. The Last general was in 2014.

A terrorist drssed as a allied soldier opend fire at a training facility and killed Maj. Gen. Harold J. Greene. The US lost 1 General to the enemy in the entire Vietnam War. Russia in less than 14 days has lost 4 Generals.

In addition to the Generals I've located about 8 Colonels, 6 Lt. Colonels, 12 Majors and almost 20 Captains. That is a loss rate that is simply untenable. Eventually at this rate you will have Junior NCOs running Companies or Batallions.

If 🇺🇦 can continue to kill officers the war will be over very fast. Which is why it seems 🇺🇦 special forces and Intelligence services are eliminating these officers. 2 of these Generals were killed in Combat and 2 others were "eliminated".

1. General Magomed Tushayev. He was a Chechen General and his Regiment was tasked with killing President Zelensky. Mr. Tushayev was killed in combat.
