One bit of advice?
Get a big group of SEOs and PPC people in the room to tell you how to make it good.
But this is a serious opportunity -- there is no program #Google has put out for this purpose that has been as hated as G4.

By the way if you could combine a Analytics tool with a log analyzer that would be amazing.

No it can't be expensive because SEO is carry many clients and small businesses won't pay for it. Google right now is free.
But Enterprise clients are going to hate #G4 as much as everybody else so you could make something & charge those guys 100,000 or more.
