If you've had COVID, especially unvaccinated, make sure you get a complete blood panel after you feel you've recovered.

COVID can attack so many parts of the body. There's a higher than normal death rate within 6 months of people having COVID & my thought is because many of the issues it causes are silent & can be doing damage without you knowing.

In my case it threw out of control my blood pressure, triglycerides, blood sugars, thyroid function, & liver enzymes.

AND I mean MASSIVE spikes in my numbers.

A1C 7.5 to 10.7

All in 90 days or less

Because COVID attacks ACE2 receptors it can harm almost any part of the body.

With supplements, exercise, & meds most of those numbers are back down towards normal & not life threatening, but none of those made me feel badly.

I'm just lucky I get bloodwork every 3 months.

So if you have had COVID AND ESPECIALLY #LongCOVID get checked every few months for the next 6-9 to make sure you don't have any hidden issues that could cause you to suffer serious disease or death post-COVID.

Everything I had is a known possible #COVID outcome.
