ESOTERIC TIPS TO RAISE TESTOSTERONE

Testosterone is tanking and society is mirroring its decline.

Don't even think about doing TRT until you try these things:
1. Sun your balls.

You all know the drill.

Every cell & organ can benefit from the sun, especially the testes.

Mitochondria need red / NIR to function optimally. UV light stimulates vitamin D which is critical for T production.

Let the sun shine where the sun don't shine.
2. Vitamin A

Vitamin A is one of the rate limiting steps in T synthesis. Vitamin A combines with thyroid and cholesterol to produce pregnenolone, a ptrecursor to T.

No vitamin A, no testosterone.

Eat liver.
3. B vitamins

Testosterone synthesis is energy intensive and requires adequate NAD to shuttle electrons to the ETC.

Niacinamide intake (b3) can help to boost NAD levels.

The other b vitamins are critical for thyroid health and lowering prolactin.
4. Vitamins E and K2

Vitamin E is an estrogen antagonist. Estrogen blocks the signal to produce testosterone.

Vitamin k2 activates osteocalcin, which signals to your leydig cells in your testes to produce T.
5. Exercise

Short, explosive, hard sets are the best to maximize T.

But do not overexercise.
6. Lose body fat

Body fat increases aromatase, turning Testosterone into estrogen.

Dad bods are the least manly thing in the world.
7. Cut out seed oils & soy

The two biggest endocrine disruptors in the environment. Seed oils block binding of the androgens to the receptor and are estrogenic. Soy is incredibly estrogenic too.
8. Do not drink tap water

Fluoride and pesticides in tap water are pretty much irradiating your gonads.

Drink heavily filtered reverse osmosis or distilled water instead (make sure to remineralize)
9. Optimize thyroid

T3 is a cofactor for testosterone synthesis, along with vitamin A. We have an epidemic of low thyroid today.

If your waking body temp is below 98 and doesn't rise to 98.6 throughout the day, low thyroid is likely a major cause of your low T
10. Butter & saturated fatty acids

Longer chain saturated fatty acids such as palmitic and stearic acid are steroidogenic and anabolic. They are in animal fats and butter.
11. Eat cholesterol

Cholesterol is a precursor to testosterone. Vince Gironda said that eating 2-3 dozen eggs per day was similar to an anabolic cycle.
12. Sleep well

- sunlight in the am
- some fruit with salt before bed
- dark and cold room
- same bedtime nightly
13. Zinc & magnesium

Magnesium is a cofactor for many of the enzymes required to make testosterone.

Some that it's involved in include: 3β-HSD, 17β-HSD and cAMP.

I take mag glycinate pills daily.

Zinc is anti estrogen, pro dopamine, pro testosterone. Eat oysters & steak.
14. Lower stress

Stress is one of the biggest T killers. It upregulates aromatase, increasing estrogen. It also slows down metabolism, reduces T3, and lowers T production.

Meditation, grounding barefoot and deep breathing helps.
15. Do not eat anything that irritates your gut

The gut and testicles are interconnected.

When endotoxins from the gut make their way into the bloodstream they inhibit LH release, which lowers T synthesis. They also inhibit the enzymes that make T.
16. Caffeine

Caffeine stimulates cAMP promoting sTAR and testosterone synthesis. It also aids the liver with detox of estrogen.

Coffee drinkers tend to have higher T than non coffee drinkers.
17. Chop wood

"one hour of tree chopping resulted in a 48 per cent increase in salivary testosterone levels in all men"
18. Orange Juice & pomegranate juice

A flavonoid in orange juice, naringenin, has been shown to lower estrogen and protect against the toxic effects of BPA.

Pomegranate juice in other studies has been shown to significantly boost testosterone
19. Honey

Chrysin from raw honey boosts T.
20. Raw milk & beef testicles

Raw milk is not only an incredibly nutritious foods, it also testosterone in it and many of the precursors

Same goes for beef testicles. They're a great source of many vitamins, but also high in preformed versions of the hormones.
21. Pine pollen

Pine pollen has phytotestosterones, plant compounds that bind to your androgen receptors.
22. MOOOOOO in public

Have more fun.
23. quit your shitty job

There's nothing worse for your health than a sh*tty job. The stress, the lack of control over your life, the monotonous routine...all of these things destroy your testosterone and drive. No amount of money is worth it.
24. Some other supps to potentially try

- Tribulus Terrestris
- Ashwagandha
- Aspirin
- Tongkat Ali
- Shilajit

SOME THOUGHTS ON HAPPINESS FROM YOGA

"Yogas citta vritti nirodhah": The restraint of the modifications of mind stuff is yoga

Real yoga isn't downward dogs

It's completely reorienting your life around union with all and ultimately seeing the inner happiness we all have Image
What the yoga sutras realized is that happiness is from quieting the mind, not giving into it.

The mind is a bully...it torments us with desires, attachments, likes, dislikes and aversions all day.
When you give into the mind it will reward you with some pleasure, but like a hungry ghost it is insatiable -- It will never be enough.

Giving into the mind only makes the mind MORE active, veiling your inner peace further.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THE GRANDMA

Grandmas are like portals that tap into collective ancient wisdom

Before the 1950s, she was an authority in the household, calling BS on new trends & keeping the fam in check.

She was the dam that blocked the flow of seed oils, fake meat & junk
After sunday service, families would gather every week.

Grannie would cook and keep the family in line, calling bullsh*t on the latest sermon and helping to distill the wisdom with her experience.
In the last ~100 years, two big things happened:

(1) proliferation of cars & travel, destroying the nuclear family.

(2) flattening of all authority, and the current obsession with freedom from tradition + constraints

1 RT = 1 of my best // most controversial health opinions.

MOOOOOO
First free one: Literally everything popular is wrong...

The exact opposite is true re salt, sugar, red meat, complex carbs, water intake, etc etc. (I will explain more)
Health doesn't need to be that complicated.

Eat steak, organs, fruit. Get some sun. Move daily. Quit your shitty job. Spend more time outdoors than indoors. Relax.

THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION TO ASK YOURSELF

It is is not how much beef liver you'll eat today...or what vegetable you'll toss in the trash....

It's what a truly good life means for you.
We live in the age of nihilism. People that have all the trappings of success...everything they could possibly imagine...yet fuller medicine cabinets than ever before in history.

It is because they haven't answered this question
People have no real reason to live...instead modern domesticated humans are chasing a carrot on the stick with no idea where they're going.

“You should work hard”. “You should be educated” “You should be healthy”. Sure. But why?

All the evidence red meat is not bad for you:
Red meat is a superfood and we've been brainwashed into fearing it.

Red meat does not:

1. cause heart disease (via sat fat)
2. cause cancer.
3. reduce your lifespan

In fact, it does the exact opposite.

Here's all the evidence:
There's some evidence that saturated fat increases LDL cholesterol. But does that mean that saturated fat causes heart disease?

The study that birthed this whole fetid monstrosity of nutritional recommendations was based on a cherry picked study from Ancel Keys

WHERE DID ALL THE TESTOSTERONE GO?

Something is poisoning men and nobody is talking about it.

Testosterone has fallen over 50% in the last 2 decades.

Here's what I believe is causing this: Image
First...Testosterone isn't just a macho male hormone

It's also critical for:
- mood
- fertility
- muscle strength
- cognitive function
- cardiovascular health
- metabolism

It tends to concentrate in the heart, lungs, brains and gonads, the most important organs. Image
With low testosterone, even moderate amounts of stress can tear up your tissues, muscle, skin heart and brain

This is a huge, underrated cause of disease.

Not only that, I believe it's also one of the primary causes of the division, nihilism, angst and cultural degeneracy today
