Somewhat different.

The last 24 hours of Russian military and government flights as seen via @ADSBexchange.

Of note is the flight to Syria through Iranian & Iraqi airspace, as well as the EMERCOM flight to Armenia.

Going around Turkey to get to Syria isn't unheard of, FYI.
The long Iran/Iraq route was done by Russian Air Force flight RFF304, Tu-154M RA-85041 #154C31, in both directions.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) flight to Armenia was performed by SUM9623, 🇷🇺 Il-76TD RA-76429 #152A8D. Should still be there.
Even Russia's Open Skies Treaty Tu-214ON got some work today. 🇷🇺 RF-64519 #14FC07 went to Sevastopol, Crimea and back to Moscow using callsign 64285.

Maybe filming your naval ships unloading cargo with an exact location wasn't such a good idea, Russia.
Also, it's not like the port is very big.

At least 5 🇷🇺 Russian Air Force, Navy and government (Rossiya - SFD) flights between 0800Z & 1630Z March 13 over Russia and Syria.
(@ADSBexchange & Google Earth)

They are (callsign, type, reg, ICAO):

RuAF:
RFF212 Il-76MD RA-78830 #1533EE

Ru Navy:
n/a Tu-154M RF-85856 #184F60

Rossiya:
RSD050 (FSB) An-148-100EA RA-61707 #14F10B
RSD071 Su-100-95 RA-89039 #155BCF
n/a Tu-214 RA-64532 #14FC14

The only flight of particular interest aside from the usual affair was the Russian Navy Tu-154M RF-85856 #1B4F60 making weird circles all over Syrian airspace as it left Latakia. Whether it was actually flying in circles or if it was just ADS-B spoofing, I can only guess.

Note the 3 detonations tracking right, the pause as whatever is hit burns left, then 3 more detonations.

Strong possibility it was Russian Air Force. Two different AD pieces were used.

Figuring out what sea it was going to be for the landing op was important.

Thread! Assuming it is NOT the Azov Sea, this presents realistically three amphibious landing sites IMHO (🟡🟠🔴) each with advantages and costs.

1/
First, I'd like to make the distinction that I do not know if an amphibious assault would be all one site, or whether the airborne would support or go independently. This is just where I'd put forces if it were one landing site.

2/
Currently, all of the 197th Assault Ship Brigade is in the Black Sea. Operational status for 2 are questionable. Yamal was under repairs for a collision and Filchenkov hasn't been seen active since 2019. Assuming 5 Alligator or Ropucha LSTs.
