Here are the top 8 things you need to know about #SecretNetwork
I recently wrote a long 101 on Secret Network & $SCRT. Here is the TL/DR.
A thread 🧵👇
1. Crypto is a world built upon transparency and openness. However, everyone wants privacy and doesn’t want to share all their info.
There is a need for more privacy in crypto.
2. #SecretNetwork is a chain built for data privacy. Through encrypted technology, Secret Network enables smart contracts that keep user data safe.
3. Secret Network is built on top of the Cosmos ecosystem. $SCRT has a network of nodes that execute smart contracts in a trusted execution environment (TEE).
4. $SCRT is designed to strengthen dapps and add an extra layer of security. Essentially, it's trying to combine #ETH's smart contracts, #Monero privacy and #Cosmos' scalability and interoperability
5. DeFi is a huge use case. No one wants their finances leaked to the entire world. A ton of DeFi projects have come onboard $SCRT
6. $SCRT is the native token that can used for staking, governance and transaction fees.
Users stake $SCRT to make the secret nodes secure, the recipient, balance and transaction amount can be encrypted. It currently has a market cap of 800M and circulating supply of 163M
7. #SecretNetwork just announced a $400M ecosystem fund to help founders and dev build out things.
NFTs, metaverses, DeFi have all grown tremendously on SCRT.
8. A while ago, they announced the Secret Ethereum Bridge, which allows the transfer of assets between Ethereum and Secret Network.
Here are the top 10 things you need to know about #Stargatefinance
$STG has all been all the hype lately 🚀
I recently wrote a long 101 on #stargatefinance & $STG. Here is the TL/DR
A thread 🧵 👇
1. Crypto is becoming multi chain. However, There does not exist a proper solution for bridging native assets between chains.
2. Current cross chain bridges have a couple of key problems - they rely on intermediate or wrapped tokens, they can only support a small, limited number of chains.
Here's everything you need to know about Blockzero Labs, the decentralized accelerator for the world of Web3.
A thread 🧵👇
2. Let’s talk startups & startup accelerators for a bit
Startups are hard. Good Accelerators help quite a bit. Good accelerators provide invaluable social capital, help with strategy, give valuable advice and help startups raise quickly.
3. While a lot of accelerators suck, accelerators like YC have made an incredible amount of impact.
They’ve accelerated multiple billion dollar startups and have a lot of value for startups. YC has had a very successful, proven run.
Here are the top 9 things you need to know about #Avalanche
I recently wrote a long 101 on #AVAX. Here is the TL/DR
A thread 🧵👇
1. #Avalanche is a proof of stake platform (alternative L1) upon which dapps, smart contracts and subnets (custom blockchains) can be created.
2. Avalanche’s unprecedented consensus system allows for 6500+ transactions per second. Transactions are finalized in under a second.
3. #Avalanche was designed with finance in mind. It allows for the easy creation of digital smart assets such as equities, bonds, derivatives, etc, making it one of the best places to build #DeFi
applications
Here are the top 9 things you need to know about #XRPL & #XRP
I just wrote a 25 tweet 101 on $XRP. Here is the TL/DR
A thread 🧵👇
1. Banks are outdated. They’re expensive, slow & and limited. This only becomes worse for for cross border payments. Blockchain tech has a huge opportunity to disrupt this.
2. In late 2012, 3 bitcoin devs creates the $XRP ledger (XRPL) and created a new consensus protocol known as #XRPL consensus (instead of using PoW).
3. #XRPL is fast, low cost, energy efficient and scalable. XRPL has a range of features including escrow and payment channels.
