1/NEWS UPDATE:

The DoD Inspector General Report of Investigation issued today fully vindicates our client then-Lt. Col. Yevgeny Vindman.

2/Through his protected lawful whistleblowing activities, Lt. Col. Vindman properly reported misconduct involving officials within the Trump Administration's White House and National Security Council.

END/Based on this latest report, which followed a review by the U.S. Army, it is now conclusive there was illegal retaliation against Lt. Col. Vindman, who has since been promoted to Colonel.

1/I recently came across comments by #ChadWolf, former Acting DHS Secretary, to @axios in response to the @DHSOIG report that pertained to our client #BrianMurphy.

Let me clarify facts & respond directly given Wolf blatantly distorts the truth.

2/Wolf said:

"And finally, buried in the report is the fact that the grossly false whistleblower complaint against me was withdrawn"

It is true we withdrew Murphy's retaliation complaint as part of broad favorable settlement w/DHS. Given Murphy's career steps, this made sense.
3/Importantly, it did NOTHING to preclude DHS OIG from continuing its investigation, which it did & issued adverse findings against Wolf.

Total vindication for Murphy, one of the highest ranking #whistleblowers in US history.

I just have to laugh at how pathetic #Bannon is, esp his attempted knowledge of what "treason" means. 🤣 I'm a "liberal attorney"? I prob rep more conservatives than liberals in my career, sue every WH & have always been registered independent.

1/We submitted discovery requests to @CIA, @DHSgov, @USCIS & @StateDept for records re: #Libyan warlord #KhalifaHifter, incl re his US citizenship.

Hifter said to have come to US through #CIA & granted USCIT. Yet Libyan law precludes his presidential candidacy if dual CIT.
2/More importantly, if #Hifter is USCIT then @DOJCrimDiv/@TheJusticeDept can prosecute him for alleged war crimes under US law.

Sadly @POTUS Administration never responded to my letter below, nor did Trump Administration when I wrote then AG Bill Barr.

END/Federal agencies were asked to respond to our discovery requests by May 2, 2022.

We are scheduled to depose #Hifter on May 9, 2022.
