Modular blockchains work a bit like cargo trucks picking up freight, and traveling up a steep hill.
Drivers have to inspect every transaction before they're loaded.

Once loaded, those drivers have to take every transaction to the blockchain.

But the more transactions are in the truck, the heavier they are.

But the heavier they are, the more gas they need. And gas is expensive!

The same drivers taking the txs up the hill are the ones that have to check and that slows down the whole network.

@API3DAO’s QRNG allows smart contracts to request this service via a first-party blockchain oracle.

QRNG is a method of random number generation based on quantum phenomena.

Quantum randomness is referred to as ‘true’ as the mechanic of generation leans into Quantum Theory - it's not susceptible to prediction.

Staking in its current form requires users to lock their tokens for a certain period of time, due to which they lose much-needed #liquidity. Liquid staking protocols enable the issuance of liquid tokens to solve this problem.
