#AmberIsALiar and she and her team are using @SavannahGuthrie to influence judicial outcome before appeals. Steve Silverman Esq had his license suspended from DC Bar in 2014 for doing the same: Doe v Cabrera. #ElaineBredehoft ??!
Coincidentally, Steve Silverman Esq who had his license suspended by DC Bar in 2014 for using media slipped a copy of Does (Chessy Prout) v St Paul's School to Savannah Guthrie's team on June 1, 2016 before the school had a copy of the suit itself.
AND coincidentally, Steve Silverman's partner in the lawsuit against St Paul's School for Chessy Prout & Co, Steve Kelly Esq advertises for "Not the perfect victim". Chessy Prout then went on with @SavannahGuthrie in August 2016 - to influence a civil suit and appeals.
Funnily enough, Steve Silverman's partner at the time, Steve Kelly Esq, co-authored this guide to pretrial publicity and how they use it to influence jury trials and civil suits. Savannah Guthrie is an accomplice in this venture it seems: law.lclark.edu/live/files/251….
Don't forget that both Obama's former press secretary and Biden's press secretary @jrpsaki are with NBC...and that Biden is behind alot of this with VAWA and preserving that cash cow for non-profits using SJW to secure the Democratic Party votes.
Who did #AmberHeard have as her PR rep till recently? @precisionstrat founded by Stephanie Cutter, PR campaign director for Obama's re-election. Company also reps Planned Parenthood which sponsored #MeToo Women's March and....ACLU who wrote the Op-Ed in Washington Post...
#AmberHeard's former attorney Roberta Kaplan was co-founder of #TimesUpLDF and part of NWLC which put up the pretrial publicity funds for Steve Kelly & Chuck Douglas's #MeToo class action Rapuano & Does v Dartmouth..$70 mil suit....it is a racket they are protecting here.
And using the #Survivorsoverratings Michele Dauber (who #AmberHeard campaigns for), @PAVEinfo (who are 100% lies per Melinda Coleman, NHCADSV, Laura Dunn, SurvJustice) blocked ABC/GMA from airing interview with Owen Labrie (St. Paul's) when the Dartmouth suit was in mediation.
So this crowd support "free" (propaganda) speech for their "ambassadors" #AmberHeard #ChessyProut but they shut down their accused: Owen Labrie, Johnny Depp. They are protecting a serious serious financial fraud racket.
Funny how Roberta Kaplan and Tina Tchen of Times Up/NWLC wouldn't support Andrew Cuomo's accusers but Roberta supported Amber Heard and Tina Tchen made calls for Jussie Smollett to the DA...#MeToo & #TimesUP are a $$$ sham.
& it's funny how NBC shut down Ronan Farrow's expose of Harvey Weinstein in February 2017 right after Malia Obama had been spotted at the Sundance Film Festival with Weinstein & was interning for him at the time....

From NH v Owen Labrie I discovered a network behind his accuser, Chessy Prout. That network was also behind Chanel Miller, Brock Turner's accuser in People v Brock Turner; behind Amber Heard, Johnny Depp's accuser. It looks like it was organized recruiting and racketeering.
That network was also tied to The White House Task Force formed in 2014 and to the "Dear Colleague" Title IX letter published in 2011 and updated with the White Paper "Not Alone" in 2014, the lobbying for "Victim's Bill of Rights" (2016) and #MeToo (2017) & Times Up (2018).

At the center of the defamation suit is the Washington Post #MeToo Op-Ed. Please consider carefully that it was being used maliciously against due process for Title IX campus sexual assault as well, pushing for guilty before innocent by a woman who lied.
@ThatUmbrella the implications of the intent of the Washington Post article reach further than the ACLU. Currently there is a move to undermine due process in Campus sexual assault cases again back to Michele Dauber's standards (she helped draft "Dear Colleague"Title IX).
The current department of education OCR rep, @CatherineLhamon is a close friend of Michele Dauber's. Joe Biden promised to undo due process in campus sexual assault. The lies of Amber Heard and Michele Dauber are exactly why it must stick. Innocent until proven guilty always.

You trained her to say what you wanted her to say so that you could prosecute Owen Labrie. You didn't want it to go to trial. You wanted Owen Labrie to plead guilty to something you knew he had not done and that you could not prove that he had done.
And your goal once you had done that was to use the framing of the scholarship student Owen Labrie to install a "compliance officer" at St Paul's School, to get a contract for the NHCADSV, to get the school to use both "Bystander Intervention" Training & maxient.com
