These are some photos of the Paknam Observation Tower taken over the years. The foundation stone ceremony was in 2012. The first photo was taken in 2013. The last in 2016. It was scheduled to open in 2017. Note the Skytrain with no rails.

This is Paknam Observation Tower. Every night they give us a light show. There’s some really fantastic views from the top of the tower, though unfortunately it’s not open to the public yet.
