Appeals Court 2-1 decision granted a partial stay following a ruing by U.S. District Court Judge Matthew J. Kacsmaryk suspending the FDA’s 2000 approval of the abortion pill mifepristone.

BUT restricted more recent changes from 2016 forward...including mail order dispensing.
