(2/7) Let me start off with that we have a minimum investment of €33.000 and anyone investing needs to be identified. This is all due to legal processes that need to happen on a per investor basis, which doesn't scale well.
(3/7) I have founded Impierce Technologies, registered in the Netherlands, with two co-founders. We are planning to build enabling software services for #IOTA Identity. Making adoption of SSI for people and organizations a breeze. This includes an SSI wallet and #SaaS products.
(4/7) We are a for-profit company, but consider our social mission equally important. We have a strong vision that includes fair business models, optimize for security and privacy, and being a fair and healthy employer. We believe in sustainable business and long-term planning.
(5/7) We will never give up our values. That is why we prefer to not work with Venture Capital as they focus on quick return on investment, no matter the cost. Impierce rather has shareholders that stand with us on our mission and with our values.
(6/7) Investing in Impierce should also be long-term. We don't want to grow explosively, but rather sustainably. This might not give the best ROI in 2-3 years, but much better in 5+ years.
