Is a "black triangle" med under intense monitoring by EMA & UK actually "safe"? Are black triangle medicines compatible with flight safety?

Interesting things to say to someone whose two children both suffered myocarditis after taking a "safe" and "effective" medicine that doesn't provide immunity or stop transmission and carries severe adverse event and fatality risk.

The content and conclusions of the report are true, proven then and increasingly now by medical and scientific research.
"The adverse events databases from around the world are reporting unprecedented numbers of adverse events from these vaccines including clotting and bleeding disorders, and death. Flight crews are already prone to more clotting events than the general population."
