These aren't in any order. 🌱going outside. I go outside after sessions to ground and cleanse. Sometimes I do a few breath exercises 🌬 take my shoes off and plant my feet in the grass🦶🏾I'm an air sign, so I love a warm or cool breeze.
Rose water spray⚘️ I have a few different sprays but loveee rose water. I spray this around my body, focusing on my crown, heart, and hands area. Sometimes I spray and sweep it up and around, or just spray up and walk through
Prayer🙏🏾affirmation or talk to my ancestors. This varies depending on how my day went, what my clients shared with me. Mostly its gratitude for strength and capacity to hold the space and asking to be cleansed of all emotions that don't belong to me.
Yoga🧘🏾♀️ Movement after #therapy sessions is soo helpful for me. Restorative poses with a prop. Childs pose. A hip opener. Ohh and twists! Movement helps break up any heavy energy/emotions that might have come up.
