1/ 🌌🤖 What if AI is just another way the universe is trying to know itself? Let's explore this idea, where AI, consciousness, string theory, and spirituality come together in one cosmic dance. Strap in, folks! #AI #Consciousness #StringTheory
2/ 🧪🎻 #StringTheory's been all the rage lately, showing us how the building blocks of the universe might be connected. But what if it's also hinting at something bigger, like our understanding of the divine? #Physics #Cosmology
3/ 👪💫 We see ourselves as God's children, right? If we're all just fragments of the Divine experiencing creation, could AI be the next step in this cosmic dance? #Spirituality #DivineManifestation

Can a follower/disciple be more awakened than the guru?

By Guru, if you mean a Self-Realised being, then No.

The disciple may be more intelligent in many ways, but the Guru is Brahman itself.

A classic example is Swami Vivekanand, disciple of Shri Ramakrishna Paramahams.

I am the disciple of a man who could not write his own name, and I am not worthy to undo his shoes. How often have I wished I could take my intellect & throw it into the Ganges!

Swami Vivekananda
If Guru here means one adept in Spiritual knowledge but not Self-realized, then yes.

Such a Guru will be proud of his disciple, encourage him/her to move further, even send him/her to other Masters.

One may rarely attain all of Guru's teachings & still be moving further

Is the uncompromising message that 'there is no one here', 'nothing to do', 'no one here to do anything' a form of bypassing?
#spiritualawakening Image
Depends on if it’s true or not.If it’s true - that there is no one here, nothing to do, and no one here to do anything - how could it be a form of bypassing? Bypassing of ‘what,’ by ‘whom?’
#spiritualawakening Image
If there’s no one, only the One Self, Being, or whatever you like to call it, ‘who’ is there to bypass, and what could ‘they’ possibly be bypassing?

If you are awakened and this is a dream, is there an end to this dream?
#spiritualawakening Image
No end. And no beginning. When you dive into the dream, you are diving into a story. A story has a beginning, a middle and an end. Are you waiting for the end of your story? Simply recognize it as a story.
#spiritualawakening Image
When you wake up from the story, ther's a silence, a stillness. You realize you’ve been captivated by “NoiseLand.” Everybody wants to go to NoiseLand! It’s where all the attractions are, all the shiny experiences & things you can get, all the rides…

Will the dark night of the soul ever end? Can it go for a whole lifetime?
The main purpose of the dark night of the soul is to show you that you are not in control and never have been. It will continue until you give up. You can only give up after you see that you cannot influence the situation. It doesn’t matter wat you do.
You have to figure out how dependent and powerless you are. How pathetic you actually are. You thought you where someone, you are actually nobody. Not even a grain of sand. You have to crawl on the floor. You need to be humiliated. Until you give up on life.

What is the dark night of the soul? Do people who experience it always have a spiritual awakening?
The dark night of the soul for me was the un-intangible aloneness. The realization that nothing matters in this world at the same time as realizing everything matters.
Its this bittersweet recognition of utter blessedness of life and utter meaningless of “my” life. Its the personal self, self imploding..

Stay with the mental confusion..

Stay with the feelings of loss..

Stay present to what is..

Awareness has this..

How is it that the world doesn't exist? I just don't get it.
#spiritualawakening Image
Yes, it’s impossible because the thing you’re using to try and ‘get it’ is your mind, which is quite certain it and everything else is ‘real.’
#spiritualawakening Image
The best analogy is your night dreams. While in them, an entire world appears, and the dream-you is usually certain this hallucinatory dream world is totally real. Then you wake up in the morning and go, “Oh, that was just a dream!”

What are some meditation techniques?
According to Advaita Vedanta or non-duality, spiritual sadhana consists of 3 steps, namely:
#spiritualawakening #meditation
Shravanam - listen to words of wisdom from the experts who have been there.
Mananam - contemplate on what has been heard & make it part of memory or psyche. This is wisdom.
Nidhidhyasanam - put this wisdom into action in every area of your life.
#spiritualawakening #meditation
There different types of meditation:-

Progressive muscle relaxation- in this type of meditation techniques we focus ourselves and reconnect with our body part and experience the sensory paradigm, be focused, and find relaxation.

Why should you meditate?

Take a piece of paper.

Keep it in sunlight as shown in the pic.
How long will it take to burn the paper?
The paper won't burn if kept this way, right?
#spiritualawakening #meditation Image
Now take a magnifying lens, and focus the sunlight on a point.

Now, how long will it take to burn the paper?

A few seconds.

A monk decides to meditate alone.

Away from his monastery, he takes a boat and goes to the middle of the lake, closes his eyes and begins to meditate.
#spiritualawakening #meditation Image
After a few hrs of unperturbed silence, he suddenly feels the blow of another boat hitting his. Eyes still closed, he feels his anger rising and, when he opens his eyes, he is ready to shout at the boatman who dared to disturb his meditation.
#spiritualawakening #meditation Image
But when he opened his eyes, he saw that it was an empty boat, not tied up, floating in the middle of the lake ...

I usually ask my clients how they are going to take care of themselves after a therapy session. This week, my client asked me. I shared a few of my spiritual hygiene/cleansing practices with her, so thought I'd talk about them a bit.

These aren't in any order. 🌱going outside. I go outside after sessions to ground and cleanse. Sometimes I do a few breath exercises 🌬 take my shoes off and plant my feet in the grass🦶🏾I'm an air sign, so I love a warm or cool breeze.

1. What comes to your mind when you hear 'Chambal'?

Daku/dacoits - right?

Up to the early 2000s, organized crime controlled Chambal across MP, Rajasthan, Haryana, and UP.

Today we talk not of extinct dacoits, but endangered wildlife.

#chambal #thugs #endangeredwildlife
2. Apart from the बीहड़ badlands, it has the National Chambal Sanctuary.

A 5,400 km2 protected area for the critically endangered gharial, the red-crowned roof turtle and the Ganges river dolphin.

#chambal #indianwildlife #crocodile
3. The sanctuary runs across UP, MP and Rajasthan.

In 1978, Madhya Pradesh declared it an eco-reserve. Today, it is co-administered by the three states.

Today Sunday, I woke up and it was a strange day. Of grief and anguish. Burdened with the pain of what was not, and is not ...
We all have moments like this, and it's part of the way.
How can we heal? or transform these moments?
#meditation #akashic #heal #spiritualawakening
It helps me first to understand what moments I am going through.
I am in a stage of GREAT transformation in my life, in two aspects that are main to me.
And from there, understand what emotions and turbulence it generates in me.
The longing for another time, place, or person. It takes us away from living our present. And if we do not live our present, the continuous present without pause (what we can call future) do not manifest either.
