In 2017, Alex was sued by Chiobani & settled for a defamatory tweet, “Idaho Yogurt Maker Caught Importing Migrant Rapists."

I think it was $50K & he apologized to Chiobani.

I don't think he ever sincerely apologized to the Sandy Hook parents

I'm riveted. Let's see how this valuation matches the ones Alex submitted in the divorce, based on believed fraud.

to divert millions of dollars, infringe on copyrights, hide $ during divorce. FRAUD

6/ PQPR was created to fraudulently transfer money and use assets without my knowledge/authorization in violation of the Texas Uniform Fraudulent Transfers Act, which is my understanding from the last suit the Sandy Hook plaintiffs filed, which I believe has criminal crossover...

7/Alex Jones's parents made millions from my divorce and were awarded my property - property created during marriage is Community Property in the State of Texas. His Dad testified inconsistently in the SH Ct. cases and in my divorce, which is the same as perjury & his parents....

5/I'm going to move my responses into this thread because this is the real reason that I believe I lost my kids: Alex got all of the corporations we created during my marriage, I wanted to sell them off, shut them down, got nothing, was primary partner of FSS, LLC...

6/PQPR Shell Corps. Fraudulent Transfers Act Violations openly occurred before the "special judge" picked by Alex Joneswho made as much as $7K/day & who held numerous non-noticed hearings, incl the hearing where my own attorney forged "my agreement" to "giving" Alex everything

7/Alex Jones is the "key man" of the organization. This is "Personal Goodwill" pap regurgitated after addl PGW misleading Alex Jones testimony day one.

I think they will say that without Alex Jones his businesses have no value so it has no value.

11/Attorney David Minton has a financial fiduciary duty to my child that he has not denied or disclosed as Co-Trustee of a Trust he and Alex created during my marriage to hide money while I had to lend Alex Jones money from my manifestly unjust non-agreed award...

Infowars was not stopped, while I tried & was sued for blowing the whistle, losing my kids in lawsuit after lawsuit, incl after I won the 2017 Jury trial.

My kids were denied a mom so I couldn't recoup what was defrauded of me

I will be informing the Court &both sides of the serious matter at hand, & I demand that Alex Jones' attorneys cease & desist from fraud, from non-disclosure of Conflict of Interest, from denying my child her support & property, & from non-correction yrs Candor/Rules violations.

He didn't have a gun, & my kids are alive, but Alex Jones harmed my kids in complex and terrible ways that have caused the irreparable harm. I have been entrapped, coerced out of State in violation of Federal Law (past), & I have just experienced a believed entrapment attempt

Alex Jones' attorneys have engaged in serious crimes &fraud, they do not want me out here, &I have to address this matter & the serious financial fraud, discovery & child support matters at hand. This isn't theater, I'm begging for .@FBI's protection & will tweet when I can.
