Notes from the #IPO. Remember #OMICRON was prevalent when it came to IPO, in spite of 17 Times Subscription, it was listed at a Discount.

To me what struck was -The promoter had diluted just 10% during the IPO, bringing his stake from 65% to 55%. Still retaining #SkinInTheGame

Note they have been on an Acquisition spree, thus expanding their offerings over the last few years.

MarTech is slated to become 50% of Revenue soon. As of #Q1FY23, it contributes 41% of Revenue.

Distribution & DaaS has also seen good traction . Its the combination of these 3 Services , that's a MOAT hard to beat .

Indira IVF has 114 Centres. Did 40K IVF procedures in 2022 & is India’s No.1 Infertility clinic.

BLACKSTONE, KKR , BAIN everyone wants to snap it for $1 BN. ⚡️

India sees around 3.37L cycles of IVF in a year & AIIMS Research says this is only slated to grow with Marriageable age on the rise in India . They expect 10-15% of married couples will undergo this treatment.

I was reminded of MILANN from the HCG stable . Though tiny today , growing aggressively.
