Crime no 3: PR No.9/2008: Punishment of withholding of increment for 1 year by 1 stage without cumulative effect awarded on 25.03.2009 for failure to take any action on 2 Government references vide Nos.579/ME4/2005-9, MA&WS Dept dt 07.09.2006 & 14.06.2007 till 18.06.2008. (5/n)

Must be great to have an IPS officer as such a good friend who can suppress all these misdemeanours and bigger crimes that are already known. Must also be great to have such good dosts among "journalists" who give a platform to speak & protest on his behalf. (9/10)
