This applied trump card game is provided as an appndix to this #openaccess paper, and can be printed freely. Our goal is to help prospective ecologists to familiarize themselves with potential career paths, and academic mentors to provide better career advice of their students >>

We also wanted to demonstrate the diversity of career paths that exist in the ecology job market, and emphasize that although many of us want to find a faculty position, a career outside #academia is NOT a failure, but a choice, and the better choice for many #AcademicChatter >>

The information on the cards is based largely on the results of a survey (
