As I showed in 2018 “African Americans are more than just Africans in America”. There was no context of Blackness or being African among the Dahomey. Now it’s being sold to us in theaters 🎭 through flat blackness and seeing slavers as freedom fighters. eurweb.com/2018/06/09/afr…
We do not understand the depths of the relationships of African slavers and white slavers that they traded with regularly. The Africans sent their children to live with white slavers in their homes in England while they schooled. We have it all backwards.
