1) China has canceled over 6,000 (!) domestic flights and international flights. In addition, all tickets sold by high-speed rail are suspended and all rail traffic is suspended until further notice.

2) Xi Jinping was absent from the seminar on national defense and military reform held in Beijing on September 21st. He should have been there.

3) Troops are massively transferred to Beijing.
