Here's Prime Minister @narendramodi 's jam-packed schedule in the run up to #Diwali
PM Modi will be on back-to-back visits to #Gujarat, #Uttarakhand and #UttarPradesh .
PM @narendramodi 's three-State travel would cover defence to diplomacy, education to environment, spiritual heritage to sports, roads to ropeways, temple rejuvenation to tourism, light house to LiFE, infrastructure to industry.

PM @narendramodi will visit Gujarat on 19-20 October. He will dedicate and lay foundation stone of projects worth Rs 15,670 crore.
On 19 October, he will participate in five different events.

PM @narendramodi will inaugurate #DefExpo22 at Gandhinagar on 19 Oct.
He'll launch Mission Schools of Excellence at Adalaj; lay foundation stone of projects in Junagadh; inaugurate India Urban Housing Conclave 2022 and dedicate and lay foundation stone of projects in Rajkot.

PM @narendramodi will launch Mission LiFE on 20 October. This will be followed by his participation in the 10th Heads of Missions Conference at Kevadia, after which he will lay the foundation stone of various development initiatives at Vyara.

PM @narendramodi will head for Kedarnath and Badrinath early 21 Oct, where he will lay foundation stone of connectivity projects Rs 3,500 crore. He will perform darshan and pooja at Shri Kedarnath Dham and Shri Badrinath Temple. He will review progress of development work.

Later on 23 October, PM @narendramodi will witness the spectacular aarti at New Ghat of Saryu Ji, followed by his participation in the grand Deepotsav celebrations of Ayodhya.

Mukhyamantri Amrutum (MA) Yojana was a unique health scheme launched by CM Modi on 4th September 2012. Since then it has grown bigger.

Mukhyamantri Amrutam Yojana was a holistic health insurance scheme for BPL families and covered the full cycle of any medical contingency -- from diagnostic tests to post-hospitalisation care. Under MA Yojana, #Gujarat Govt met hospital and surgical expenses up to Rs 2 lakh.

At a time when the rest of #India was struggling to effectively embrace the PPP model, it was #Gujarat which embraced the PPP model in the health sector through the Mukhyamantri Amrutam Yojana to bring about a massive positive change in the lives of the underprivileged.

Indira Gandhi imperiously ordered a journalist working with India Today to 'get out' of the hall where she was holding a press conference during AICC session in Calcutta. He had dared ask a timid question.
Later, India Today and its journalist issued a groveling public apology.
That journalist is still around. Now calls himself 'Independent' and shamelessly plugs for Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.
Examples abound.
An 'editor' to boot, with a big publishing house, was a co-conspirator in the infamous St Kitts forgery case during Bofors scandal.
The only occasion some spine was shown by some 'editors' and 'columnists' was during anti-Press Bill protest. Rajiv Gandhi threw them a bone by withdrawing the Bill; they went back to singing his praise.

Important.
Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India, on 3 Oct 2022 issued advisories against betting and gambling ads still visible on TV channels and digital media platforms. This is the second occasion in recent times when such advisories have been issued.

Betting is illegal across #India and advertising betting/gambling can invite penalties, I& B Ministry has reminded digital media platforms and TV channels. They have been advised to refrain from targeting Indian viewers/readers with betting ads.

I&B Ministry had issued a similar advisory against betting ads on 13 June 2022. But despite the advisory, several sports channels and OTT platforms have continued with publishing ads of offshore online betting/gambling platforms as well as their surrogate news websites.

PM will inaugurate / lay foundation stone of infra development projects worth Rs 29,000 crores in Surat, Bhavnagar, Ahmedabad and Ambaji.
PM will inaugurate first phase of Ahmedabad Metro.
