This comes after a court ruling this week that deemed earlier government efforts to curb school masking mandates as unreasonable, and that schools were not technically barred from having them despite opposition from the Education minister.
Asked why some folks were left out of cabinet (like Jason Nixon) - Danielle Smith says she kept some out to handle their own riding races, but adds some were the hand of Kenney on files that caused a lot of problems and that she heard members concerns
Danielle Smith asked about ridings where controversial candidates were booted.
Says she doesn't have power to address this, adds it's up to the board.
Also doesn't want to be seen as meddling in riding races.

Smith says she always supported the Supreme Court, never said act would go against it.
Adds that act aims to address what she calls 100s of times feds have meddled in prov area.

Danielle Smith says unvaccinated people have suffered greater discrimination than those based on race, gender, sexuality.
Smith says this isn't to take away discrimination from those other groups - but we aren't going to create a segregated society based on a medical choice.
Smith says we have to stop victimizing becuase they made a different choice- but if she needs to make the apoint that this type of discrimination is unnacceptable, then she's changing the Human Rights Act.
