9 November 2022 - Election Analysis

It is NOT Too Little or Too Late

Tempting though it might be to think so - and I am tempted that way - it would be a shallow reading of where we're at. Follow along with me now...

2) I won't mention any names because the dust hasn't settled and I don't want to get ahead of my analytical skies here. However, good candidates that I supported with all my heart did not get good news last night. I'll look a bit more at that shortly.

3) Across the land, though, there was a great deal of good news missing for good folk on our side. What's more, the other side is highly competent at what we might call the Expectations Game. Ha!, they gloat, NO RED WAVE, so you lose!!!

4) Before I turn to my causal analysis, I am going to go back over some old ground. I've shared many times it was Trump who, in 2016, converted me from vote skeptic to vote champion. It is tempting right now for me to revert to previous skepticism, but I shall not.

5) The temptation for vote skepticism is that the entire process really does have the feeling of being rigged. And as in 2020, it clearly was. However, it'll take some big persuasion for vote fraud hawks to persuade me that that is the reason we performed so weakly last night.

6) Let's take a for instance. In one election I followed very closely, the right candidate won about 1/3 of the votes he needed. The other 2/3 indicate our failure. We failed to persuade them. Now why is that? A robust analysis will be completed but I offer this initial theory.

7) The state of our civic awareness remains abysmally low. We have shrunk our civic participation to mere voting alone, and then, that's when even do it. What we do not do is push ourselves for real participation on the countless levels a true civic life requires.

8) This indicates a nod to the great @DanSchultz2 and his Precinct Committeeman Project. I don't know where the numbers stand, but we clearly did have too few such leaders on the MAGA side last night. That brings us to a diagnosis that I'm quite sure I will not surrender soon.

9) The #MAGAMovement still has too few party leaders, too few Precinct Committeemen within our ranks. There is a connected movement that we absolutely MUST grow. That is the #Muster2Election Movement led by @SandhillsKen. You'll be hearing a great deal more from me on both soon.

10) Here's why it's not too little, or too late. We can still reach the 2/3s we failed to reach this time. 1/3 is actually a lot, and to be greatly celebrated in its own right. Let me put it this way. Truth is viral. It is compelling. It survives even the worst attacks also.

11) An argument, a debate, a contest, an election can turn of falsehoods, easily. In another election I followed, false attacks won the day. They had the desired impact of weakening support. Thing is, painful as that is, we now know how the other side won. False attacks.

12) Here's what I positively assure you, though. If the truth had been actually known, those false attacks would have had no impact at all. The reason they succeeded was the weakness of knowledge of truth. Hold onto that phrase - The Weakness of the Knowledge of Truth.

13) Now let's go after one of the greatest of the root causes of this. No, not Karl Marx, much as I love to credit him. But rather, Frederick Engels. Marx was not the true founder of the International Socialist Movement. Engels was.

14) Engels was the pragmatist of the two, and paid for most of Marx's life expenses from his family fortune. And it was Engels who knew that uniting the workers of the world was an absolutely practical and NOT a theoretical mission. He knew more than that.

15) As a co-founder of what is called dialectical determinism, Engels was an outstanding student of history. As such, he and Marx together analyzed all the forces over the centuries and millennia leading up to current conditions at the time.

16) It was this historical perspective that was the foundation of Engel's historical vision forward. Engels never feared any current defeat, give or take, here or there. He knew that his movement would have to survive decades and centuries in order to fulfill its destiny.

17) If you're feeling a bit confused, don't be. I oppose everything that Marx and Engels put in motion. But you cannot do decent root cause analysis if you blind yourself to the powers of your enemies. Let go straight there.

18) Every MAGA race we failed to win last night was a direct outcome of Engel's extraordinary historical vision forward. He knew precisely how to blind the public to the truth. Consider the following fact. The Bolshevik Revolution had no more than 5% of Russian support.

19) No one can know for sure. It could have been as little as 2 - 3% of Russians who sided with the Bolsheviks. Lenin and team simply knew - good students of Engels that they were - precisely how to tap into the condition of truth blindness and win.

20) Here's an example from last night. If someone is favored by the Republican Party, they're adequately conservative to represent a right-leaning conservative's interests when in office. This is 100% false, yet at least 2/3s of the Republicans voting believe it even still.

21) Those who should have stopped the Bolsheviks simply had to be fooled, confused, or merely not organized enough to prevent them from taking control. How many farmers ever imagined that their families would be treated the same way the Czar's family was, shot in the snow?

22) If there's a single dynamic that has Engel's soul smiling this morning, it is the control over our children's educations that our left enjoys. Gen Z is the most liberal generation in America's history. They're ready for real Socialism. They are. Yet there is good news!

23) Don't focus on the 2/3s that are still vulnerable to false arguments and assumptions. Focus on the 1/3 that broke away from the blindness required of them. If you know me, you know I give Trump the initial credit. He slowed down the march in 2016. Amen.

24) The good news is that, with new information coming in at us, we have a better insight into what we must accomplish. Here are a few of them...

1/ We must force everyone to answer the two questions: when does human life begin, and when does the right to life commence?

25) Objectives continued:

2/ How do we interpret the Bill of Rights in our Constitution? Do we know what they are, and what they mean?

3/ How do we protect people when their Constitutional Rights are breached? How do we protect those rights, themselves?

26) Objectives continued:

4/ Where do the rights to life, liberty, happiness, & property come from? And even deeper...

5/ Can you define a "right," for yourself, for others, as an American?

Let's stop there. There are many others, but I want to close out focusing on #5.

27) No other nation in all of history was founded on a set of philosophical ideas, of concepts and their meaning running the nation being founded. In history, we are the only one. What Engel's students know is this, far better than our side knows it.

28) They never over-react to any defeat in this or that election. Rather, they know that as long as they're weakening our side's minds, and the minds of our children to these concepts, they'll absolutely win in the end, and they're 100% right. Ha!

29) It is Engel's greatest mission to create what we may call Concept Blindness. His ultimate command is to destroy any understanding of rights. Thus, when Republicans destroy rights, we're supposed to be grateful that it was them and not Democrats.

30) Our mission is, however, righteous where theirs is evil. I know, we're not supposed to say that. And I say again, Engels smiles. I say it doesn't matter which elections we win or lose, as long as we build tru;th awareness. I'm happy to do that, just one person at a time. You?
