This idea came to me thank to @happyrainstone and that time jump fic 🥰🥰

It took him months to find the right quirk user and in the end he was actually the easiest one to reach. Time travel quirks were always very restrained

And finding one in the wild was almost impossible in a society where most quirks were registered and monitored. The ones he found only made you live your past or could show you up to 1 day in advance but they were useless to him. His future had been destroyed 10 months ago

already, when Katsuki was killed on a mission by an unknown quirk user. At first he was consumed by the need for revenge, to find that person and make them pay, but he quickly realized that it wouldn’t bring Katsuki’s back, but quirks ? Maybe quirks could.

Since he started his new job at the prison a few months ago his favorite part of the day quickly became his 2am round around the 1-A quarters
For the past few weeks he never missed that round, going as far as exchanging

Shifts with others guards so he could get it, even refusing some of his days off so he could still come
His manager think he’s just bored at home and need the extra money …
If only he knew …

It’s 1:50am when Katsuki leave the 3-A area and finally reach the 1-A one, the last one of his round as always
He barely look into the different cells, noting distractedly bumps in bed that shows that whoever is in the cell should be in bed

Lights are everywhere, it may be 9 pm but the artificial spotlights make it as bright as day

Izuku is an older omega, like 35 or something, and just lost his alpha a few months ago
Sadly he just realized that even with his death the insurance doesn't cover the full mortgage and with just one paycheck,

now it will be difficult to keep the house But Izuku loves this house, his husband changed it so much so it could be all theirs adding a shed in the garden so Izuku could grow food, changing the garage so Shindo, his husband, could work on cars which were his passion,

& adding rooms and stuff
This was their house and they Were happy and Izuku would be damned if he ever let the house go

So he writes an online ad for roommates, the house has 4 rooms so he ask for two roommates, the 4th room was Shindo’s office and it's too early still
