American copium regarding China has evolved over the years.

From “China is poor” to “China IS collapsing” to now “China is rich but WILL collapse.”

Here’s a quick debunking about the demographic crisis, one of the alleged reasons for future collapse:
1. A smaller population will be a blessing in the coming years. A lot of people still don't understand the coming revolution of AI and robots.

Like this autonomous taxi, for example.
2. If there are jobs that cannot be done by robots, there are two options:

A. Offshore those jobs to other developing nations. This will also mean higher profit margins for Chinese companies.

B. Bring in immigrants -- perhaps even on a short-term basis.
3. Create incentives for Chinese people to have more children. The main obstacles now are financial -- young people not being able to afford to buy homes, spend a lot of money on kids' tuition etc.

These are more easily solved in China than anywhere else. (Next tweet)
3 (contd). For example, the gov can provide free/subsidized housing for young couples with children.

And free/subsidized childcare.

Protecting jobs of young moms, providing long maternity leave etc.
3 (contd). China is innovating a lot in community services for retired people. The same can be done for childcare and for young parents.
Some videos of robots doing clever things in China:

Robot making crepe in Beijing. And it works 24 hours a day!
Robots and hi-tech machines making solar panels in Xinjiang, China.

Driverless trucks delivering anything from KFC and medicine to parcels!

#AI #AutonomousVehicles #China
How about drones delivering packages?!

#China #AI #digitaltransformation
Waiters called in sick? How about renting a robot for the day? LOL

#restaurant #AI #China
And, of course, automation in advanced manufacturing like for automobiles. Here's Tesla's Shanghai Gigafactory.

#China #tech #robots #AI #factory
Bottom line: Technocrats in Beijing are good in math and science. They know how many jobs need to be created, how many jobs need to be automated, how many children need to be born etc.

China will create the right policies for the future. They know what it’s at stake.

End 🧵
One more: Smart farming with driverless trucks that are also electric and 5G-enabled!

America is the most sophisticated empire in the history of mankind. But it will also fall.

Interestingly, US elites learned a lot from the collapse of the recent empires of UK, France, Spain etc., but they are repeating the fatal errors of the Roman Empire from 2000 years ago.
Spain and Portugal were vast empires but failed mostly because they didn’t focus on technology and innovation.

The US learned that lesson and pushed the medal to the pedal until a decade ago, when China started taking the lead role.

Now, America’s only plan is to cripple China.
The British Empire was relatively the most cunning until 1945, but it also crumbled partly because it literally occupied its colonies.

Thus, the American Empire devised indirect control through central banks, IMF/World Bank, corporations, food supply, energy supply etc.

America could have been a great country. After WW2, it was a big victor and had all the advantages.

The U.S. could have easily made peace with the USSR and avoided the entire Cold War, which entailed countless wars, coups, assassinations, propping up brutal pro-US dictators etc.
The U.S. could also have been a moral society, sticking to the traditional values and good tenets of Christianity, rather than going on a wild social engineering path.

The U.S. could have swiftly eradicated all discriminations against African Americans, without fake wokeism.
The U.S. could have had the world’s best education and enlightening media rather than spreading dysfunctional garbage and creating a dumb society.

USA could have promoted real science and healthy food instead of letting junk food create a nation of obesity and chronic diseases

There are two ways to control the masses:

- Impose a lot of restrictions

- Give too much “freedom”

Both systems need to be understood, along with their intentions.

The second system, mastered by the US, needs deeper analyses.
The first one is obvious. Restrict people’s information, speech, activities etc.

This is a spectrum, obviously, and there’s no clear boundary for what’s right and wrong.
This is also very obvious to an observer.

Like, China’s restriction on the internet or Islamic countries’ dress code.

The West also has similar overt restrictions — like banning or soft censorship of Russian/Chinese media. But to a relatively smaller degree.

Top 10 recent news that portend a terrible future for the US-led world order:
1. Saudi Arabia rejects Biden’s demand to increase oil production.

Instead, Saudis work with Russia (OPEC+) to cut production.

Then, MBS invites Xi Jinping for a visit.
2. Anti-imperialists win all across Latin America.

Lula wins in Brazil, talks up a new currency to a replace US dollar.

He also blames NATO for the war in Ukraine!

Today in 1917, Britain just gave away Palestine to the Jewish leaders.

No democracy, elections, rule of law, sovereignty, human rights blah blah.

👇🏽 Balfour Declaration letter to a Lord Rothschild, the great-great-grandson of the dynasty.

But why?
First, the Zionist movement had become quite influential by then.

Jewish people in US and Europe were very successful and supported Zionism even if they themselves were not willing to move to the new Israel.

But still why would the British Empire just give Palestine away?
Obviously I don’t know! But here’s a fascinating narrative I heard long time ago:

“During WW1, the British were getting crushed by Germans.

By mid-1916, Germany had clearly won. Happy with the results, Germans proposed ending the war. And the UK was about to sign the deal.”
